With their entire lives on show for the world to see, it’s no wonder that Bravo stars collect a lot of fans. But one Hollywood celebrity just admitted to “stalking” the Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow before they actually became friends.
Octavia Spencer is a huge Real Housewives of Orange County fan
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! this week, actor Octavia Spencer revealed she “stalked” RHOC cast member Heather on social media … although they eventually formed a friendship.
“How do you two know each other?” host Andy Cohen asked the duo. “I stalked her on Instagram,” Octavia admitted without skipping a beat.
“I love that,” Andy replied, to which Heather chimed in: “But then we became friends.”
Heather then explained that, outside of Instagram, she and Octavia bonded during a dinner with pals. As for who those friends were? Well, other celebrities, of course. Think: the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Crystal Kung Minkoff and Zooey Deschanel.
“We kind of all know each other,” Octavia added of the mix of people, describing the dinner they shared as “magic.”
In the comment section on TikTok, plenty of viewers expressed their jealousy over Heather’s friendship with Octavia. “I wish Octavia was my best friend,” one person wrote. “I love Octavia soooo much! One of my favs!” added another.
Not everyone was on board with the duo’s relationship, however. “I’m shocked that Octavia Spencer would like someone so pretentious,” someone said.
Later in the episode, Octavia confessed to being a major RHOC fan, having watched it from day one. Honestly, who can blame her!?
