TMZ reported that the incident occurred during Karol G’s July 29 show at Rogers Stadium in Toronto. The fan initially held Karol G’s hand and moved close to her as she sang. A TikTok video reposted on X then showed him reaching toward her microphone and gripping her arm. Karol G looked toward the fan, kept singing, and tried to pull her arm free.
Security personnel approached from behind and removed the fan from the stage. Karol G did not stop the song or leave the performance area. The clips showed Karol G staying on her feet as guards intervened. She continued the concert after security escorted the fan away.
The incident raised fresh concerns about performers’ safety when fans cross physical boundaries at live shows. Although guards ended the encounter within seconds, the fan reached Karol G and grabbed her before they intervened.
The Toronto performance marked a stop on Karol G’s “Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour.” Ticketmaster listed the July 29 concert at Rogers Stadium, while her official schedule showed upcoming dates in Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and California.
Karol G’s decision to continue singing kept the show moving, but the footage captured how quickly an unscripted stage invasion can become a serious security concern.
