Meghan McCain’s Latest Fight: Sending Anthony Fauci Behind Bars

Meghan McCain is calling for Anthony Fauci to be jailed after newly released texts showed the former top U.S. health official privately raised a theoretical concern about a possible miscarriage risk following a second COVID-19 vaccine dose.

The controversy began after the New York Post shared an article on X claiming that Anthony Fauci received private warnings about alleged miscarriage risks linked to the COVID vaccine while publicly saying there were no safety concerns.

Following the report, Meghan McCain expressed her disagreement and shared a strong reaction to the matter. She said, “This is not hyperbole – handcuff, perp walk and put Fauci in a jail cell for the rest of his life.”

Looking deeper into the vaccine-related controversy, the discussion traces back to a text message from January 25, 2021, in which Fauci reportedly communicated with then-Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.

Fauci wrote that because some people experienced significant cytokine reactions and fever after a second dose, this “theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.”

However, the controversy grew later on February 3, 2021, when Fauci said publicly that officials had found “no red flags” regarding COVID-19 vaccination in pregnant women, while stressing that they still needed to be careful.

McCain has criticized Fauci before. In 2020, she said she did not trust him, and in 2021 she called for his removal amid disagreements over COVID-19 mask guidance. Her latest comments go further, with McCain calling for Fauci to be jailed.
