Kroy Biermann Jr., son of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, is facing new details in an alleged sexual battery case. Police reviewed security footage from the gym where the alleged incident took place, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The case involves allegations made by a girl from Kroy Jr.’s school. She told Alpharetta police that Kroy Jr. forced her to perform a sex act and digitally penetrated her despite her repeatedly telling him no. Police later went to the gym to gather evidence related to the allegations.
According to the documents, an officer reviewed the facility’s security footage. The video reportedly showed the alleged victim arriving at the gym and later spending time with Kroy Jr.
The footage allegedly showed the girl leaving the family changing room, where the alleged incident occurred, and heading toward the lobby. Kroy Jr. reportedly left the same changing room and walked alone to the sauna.
Police also spoke with the alleged victim at the station. She reportedly told officers that she knew Kroy Jr. and his girlfriend from school. She said Kroy Jr. had previously dated two of her friends and had most recently started dating her best friend.
The alleged victim also told police that she blocked Kroy Jr. and his girlfriend after the incident.
According to the court documents, she gave police permission to download data from her phone. However, officers were reportedly unable to retrieve the information because the phone had a broken USB-C port.
Kroy Jr. remains behind bars following his Aug.17 arrest.
Kim has denied the allegations against her son. In a statement to TMZ, she said, “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”
Kim also said Kroy Jr. “voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed.”
