It isn’t easy finding love. Just ask all four of the bachelorettes in Bravo’s Love Hotel. For example, Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby is eager to find the right man. And while it is said that you sometimes need to kiss a few frogs to find the right person, no one ever mentioned having to make out with a lizard.

Of course, Ashley had high hopes for her date with Ralph. However, when her RHOP co-star and friend, Gizelle Bryant, asked about their date, Ashley didn’t give Ralph any raves. “We were at the bar, and I invited him back to my room. And we like makeout kiss and it’s passionate, but it’s not that good,” Ashley said. This revelation caused Gizelle to squeal and hide her face with a pillow. Watching this duo’s friendship is fun.
However, Gizelle was determined to find out what was so different than their “passionate” first kiss. Ashley responded that their make-out session “was giving like lizard.” Then she demonstrated her date’s tongue action for Gizelle and the camera.
Poor Ashley was “ready to tongue him down,” until his kissing proved to be too much. So, she lied about having her period. “I actually wasn’t on my period,” Ashley admitted in her confessional. “It just felt better to say that Aunt Flo came to town and blame it on her. Whether she’s actually been here or not, she saved me from a lot of things.” Alrighty.
Meanwhile, Gizelle shared her thoughts in her own confessional. You may want to cover your ears, Ralph. “Ralph, I thought you traveled the world and you were hanging out with the bands and the roadies and the groupies. Like, none of them taught you how to kiss properly?” Gizelle remarked. “You’re too old for this, sir. You in your 60s.”
Well, this Bravo dating experiment is proving very interesting indeed. Let’s hope that Shannon Beador, Luann de Lesseps, Gizelle, and Ashley find their perfect match.
