Jax Taylor Defends Spying on Brittany Cartwright Through Cameras

If you thought their actual relationship was toxic, then their separation and divorce would make your jaw-drop. Brittany Cartwright alleged in the latest episode of The Valley that her ex Jax Taylor hit an all-new low. Specifically, she was covering up all of the cameras inside of their formerly shared home. It was her stance that he’d been spying on her on numerous occasions whilst he was in rehab.

During the filming of that episode, Jax was still in the facility and couldn’t defend himself. But now that he has been released, he can respond to her allegation, and he just did. And, if you think he’s going to apologize for wrong doings, think again.

The Valley After Show saw Jax defend his camera spying behavior with Brittany

During the After Show for Season 2, Episode 9, Jax was asked to address Brittany’s camera claims. At first, he acted as if he didn’t remember ever snooping on the home while he wasn’t in it. But, during his ramble he eventually confessed and started a train of excuses as to why.

“I was in the rehab, and I couldn’t do anything. You guys were all having a great time, and I’m stuck in this frickin’ facility. All I had was my phone. Of course I’m gonna look at the cameras. Like, who wouldn’t? It’s part of going through this messy divorce,” he explained during the episode.

The reality TV star also attempted to defend himself by stating that Brittany would spy on him too. She did admit to doing so, but gave a pretty good reasoning behind her actions.

“Whenever I knew that he was, like, up to something, I would, like, check to see if girls were walking [in or out] because I knew he was lying about having people at our marital home at the time. I was still paying all the bills there. I mean, my wedding photos were everywhere. My son’s photos were everywhere. And I had already caught two girls in the house.”

Needless to say, this former couple has some serious trust issues.

The Valley airs on Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It’s also available to stream on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
