From the looks of it, most of the Season 2 storylines will be unpacked as new narratives also enter into these MomTok chats, with every cast member expected to return in some capacity, alongside rumors of affairs and multiple pregnancies, So, when can we expect to watch this mess on Hulu, and what else do we know about the upcoming storylines that lie ahead? The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reunion teased Season 3 with a new clip
During the intense Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 2 reunion special, the women of #MomTok revealed that their viewers would not have to wait long to see their mugs again on Hulu. Wonderfully, they have already filmed the contents of Season 3. Then, their reunion host, Nick Viall, surprised us all with a trailer for this upcoming season, and, whew, is all that I can say.
Jen Affleck is back. As are her doubts regarding her faith. “You have to act and be a certain way for people to love and accept you and for God to accept you,” she says. Thankfully, her husband, Zac Affleck, promises to “support [Jen] either way.”
Meanwhile, Layla Taylor will also address her faith and the online claims that she whitewashes herself to conform to her surroundings. I love Layla and hope to watch this single mother continue to grow and thrive.
And then we have Taylor Frankie Paul, who we will finally see confronting her mother for taking the side of her baby daddy instead of her daughter, which, FINALLY.
But the main teased storyline in the Season 3 trailer involves Marciano Brunette and his alleged affair with Jessi Ngatikaura. Her marriage is already on thin ice, and according to her husband, “If I find anything else out, [I’m] done.”

When will Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 3 be released?
The continuation of this chaotic series was at first hard to decipher. Last October, the network announced that The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives was returning for Season 2. Then, Hulu revealed that it had ordered 20 new episodes. Did this mean that Season 2 would break their norm and transition from 10 to 20 episodes?
No. As we now understand, the network was already planning to add a third season, as Season 2 only contained 10 episodes. I did some math. And now we know that when The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives returns for Season 3, it will also be 10 episodes long.
But when can viewers expect to see this new season on Hulu? Unfortunately, Hulu has yet to announce a premiere date for the next batch of Mormon Wives episodes. We know the series has already completed filming.
Looking at seasons past, Season 1 landed on Hulu on September 6, 2024. Only eight months later, Season 2 arrived on this streaming giant. If Hulu follows this same path, we can expect to see The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives returning for our viewing pleasures and displeasures by early next year, at the latest. Rumor has it, however, that we might get blessed with Season 3 much earlier, perhaps even by the fall of 2025.
What else should we expect from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 3?
Jessi and her rumored romance with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano will take center stage in Season 3. After these two casts merged for a fun little crossover in Season 2, Marciano claimed that he had an affair with Jessi. “A lot of this story [gets] unpacked in Season 3,” Jessi told their reunion host, Nick, adding, “We are exposing it all.”
In addition, Season 3 will also highlight the pregnancies of Jen, Mayci Neeley, and Mikayla Matthews. In contrast, a lie detector is coming in clutch. This move is to help determine the future of another married couple. You know, since everyone hopes to get to the bottom of the Jessi and Marciano affair.
As a result, we can expect to see further tensions brewing between Jessi and Demi Engemann. Allegedly, Demi influenced this storyline. But this claim is not why she skipped the reunion. Instead, Demi had a date with Disney.
Meanwhile, Jessi was in attendance, but she was not wearing her wedding ring at the Season 2 reunion. Between her feud with Demi and her current marital status, Season 3 will likely be a rough go for Jessi. But no worries, as MomTok will survive this, per usual.
