Did Scheana Shay try to join another headline-making reality show? The Vanderpump Rules alum allegedly tried to snag a role in The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. If your head is spinning, you are not alone. And this news was revealed on former Pump Rules star Stassi Schroeder’s new series.
Jessi Draper dropped a Scheana Shay SLOMW bombshell
As you may recall, Scheana turned down an offer to join The Valley for Season 3. Since her feud with VPR co-star and former friend Lala Kent showed no signs of slowing down, this wasn’t a total shock.
However, I did not have Scheana trying to join SLOMW on my 2026 bingo card. In the season premiere of Stassi’s new docuseries, House of Stassi, MomTok member Jessi Draper delivered the jaw-dropping news. “I have tea for you about Scheana. She told me she is walking away from Bravo completely,” the SLOMW star told Stassi.
Apparently, Scheana wanted to get in on the Mormon Wives action. “And then [Scheana] goes, ‘So do you have any events coming up? [My husband] Brock [Davies] was Mormon, so maybe I can come be on your show,’” Jessi explained.
In her talking head, Stassi weighed in on Scheana’s latest alleged career move. “Scheana loves the spotlight. I would be more surprised if she didn’t try to get on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” Stassi stated. “I can’t get away from this woman. Scheana will 100 percent show up at my funeral and make it about her.” Valid point.
Of course, another Pump Rules alum is appearing on House of Stassi. Katie Maloney opened up about her role in the new Freeform show. “[The show] is really going to be documenting our road back to friendship in this phase of life, which is very different,” she stated.
