Darcey Silva may be Silva Strong, but she doesn’t want to feel heavy. And the 90 Day Fiancé star is finding her latest augmentation uncomfortable. Of course, should she have a breast reduction, her twin sister, Stacey Silva would be going under the knife as well. The reality TV star duo have made sure to keep their looks as identical as possible.
Darcey is currently starring on 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After with her husband, Georgi Rusev. The couple are trying to work through some of their issues, and even took a trip to Bulgaria together to meet his family. However, a hop over to Turkey might now be in order as the Silva twins prefer to get their plastic surgery done there.

The fashion designer recently told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast that she’s embarking on a “make-under” journey. And the first stop is comfort. And looking extra-snatched of course. Darcey and Stacey had a conversation about reducing their implants to a more manageable size.
“Stacey and I were thinking of going a little smaller, maybe a size or two down, [with] our breasts,” Darcey explained. “I think sometimes less is more, and I feel like we’re petite, anyway. And I feel like they’re a little heavy and weighing us down.”
The 90 Day Fiancé is more in touch with her “demure” and “feminine” side these days. So she wants a cup size that will reflect that. As for why the sisters choose Turkey for all their twin-surgeries, Darcey explained, “We go there for our surgeries and our glow-ups. We’re on a longevity journey. We’re really excited to continue to do more things and maybe go a little smaller in the boobs towards the end of the year.”
Darcey and Stacey have a full portfolio of procedures under their very fashionable belts. They had “fox-eye” treatment, brow lifts, rhinoplasties, jaw enhancement, and cheek lifts. The 90 Day Fiance favorite also had liposuction and abdominal etching done. Those, she recalled were “not as tolerable.”
In comparison, she said, “the boobs, the nose, the face didn’t really hurt at all. You just rest. It’s not very painful.”
