Jimmy Donaldson, better known by his YouTube alias MrBeast, is ready to host another offbeat fitness challenge, where he will pay fans to lose weight. This comes after his experiment with contestant Majd Khader, who lost 100 pounds and walked away with a sumptuous cash prize.
MrBeast’s next experiment includes wanting fans to lose weight
Two months after MrBeast released the groundbreaking video of his viral weight loss experiment featuring Majd Khaled, the YouTuber will once again pay fans to partake in another extreme fitness challenge.
In June 2025, MrBeast posted the YouTube video featuring Majd, in which the latter spent six months locked in the internet personality’s custom-built gym. He walked away 100 pounds slimmer and $417,650 richer. As per the caption, MrBeast initially hesitated to release the video because of Coach Wall’s death between filming. But when it did make it online, it amassed millions of views.
Now, in a new video posted on August 17, the YouTuber has told fans that they can comment on the upload for a chance at a new project. There are no details available for this weight-loss project, but it will be on the same lines as Majd’s challenge.
In the latest video, Majd asks MrBeast some questions, including one where he asks if the latter would want to do this again.
To this, MrBeast responded, “Yeah, actually, we are.” He added, “Leave a comment down below if you wanna be in a video like Majd. I can’t spoil it, but yeah, I’m interested in doing another thing similar.”
MrBeast also revealed that he spent $5.5 million on the previous video and is willing to do it again. If this takes off, there will be more details about it soon. Fans will need to stay tuned to find out how and when this challenge will take place. Nevertheless, as MrBeast remains one of the most followed creators, it will surely be quite elaborate.
