Martha Stewart on Taylor Swift Wedding: ‘Dear Vocalist Knows What She’s Doing’

Martha Stewart, who previously hinted that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s upcoming nuptials may need her expertise, has spoken out about the wedding. She has claimed that the couple does not need her assistance, emphasizing Swift’s wedding planning skills. Stewart had previously responded to Taylor and Travis’ engagement post with “It’s time to call in the ultimate wedding planner,” referring to herself.

Martha Stewart comments on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding

Martha Stewart recently commented on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding, showing confidence in the singer’s ability to plan her wedding.

“I think the dear vocalist knows what she’s doing,” the 84-year-old told TMZ when asked how she would like to plan Taylor and Travis’s high-profile wedding. “She doesn’t need me,” she added, “She has Travis.”

This comes after Stewart’s comment on the pair’s engagement back in August. She posted a split-screen photo with one side containing a snap from Taylor and Travis’s engagement, followed by a video of herself sipping a glass of white wine. She posted in the caption,”? It’s time to call in the ultimate wedding planner ?.” However, it seems like Stewart is no longer offering her services to the couple.

Many other celebrities also offered their services to what could be the biggest wedding event in the world. Flavor Flav, for instance, offered to officiate the wedding. He recently discussed this in an interview with PEOPLE, where he said, “And if she does, hopefully if I have my license in time, I want to be the one officiating the wedding.”

Mark Ronson said during his appearance on The Tonight Show that he wanted to be the wedding DJ. Ronson’s stepdad, Mick Jones, also offered to play at the wedding with his band. Buddy Valastro also offered his services for making the wedding cake.

None of this has been confirmed yet, but it seems everyone is equally invested in the upcoming wedding.
