Alec Baldwin is speaking out following Hilaria Baldwin’s recent elimination from Dancing with the Stars Season 34. His wife is a highly-trained dancer. But ultimately, the voting public decided to send her home. Here’s what Alec thinks about this decision.
Alec Baldwin has nothing but praise for Hilaria and Gleb Savchenko
Episode 4 saw Hilaria and her Pro, Gleb Savchenko, getting the boot from DWTS. In response, Hilaria said, “This has been an incredible experience. I’m so grateful to all of you. And I’m grateful to my children and my family.”
Several beats later, her husband, Alec, went on Instagram to share his thoughts. “I want to say I love you, Hilaria, and I’m proud of you. It’s been wonderful for the family to be able to support you as you support us every day. This has been such a large part of your life, and this is a dream come true for you,” he stressed.
Closing out his couch confessions, Alec offered his wife praise and a word of advice, saying, “So congratulations and never stop dancing. Never stop dancing, Hilaria. I love you so.” As for the actual captain, he penned, “We love you.”
When Hilaria learned that she was starring on Season 34, she and Alec quickly packed up and moved to LA with their seven children. As they now return to the East Coast, Hilaria remains adamant about one thing. This opportunity fell into her lap naturally. She did not campaign for a spot on this series, and she is not “a nepo wife.”
“I’m a hard worker. I want to earn things on my own merit,” she said.
Dancing with the Stars airs on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC and Disney+. It will stream on Hulu the next day.
