Netflix is really swinging for the fences in terms of documentaries. The latest offering is the documentary Being Eddie. It’s all about Eddie Murphy and gives fans a look at the life of this comedic genius in his own words. Netflix just dropped the trailer, and the fans are feeling all the things.

Many are looking forward to the documentary. Eddie is known for being quite private, so fans are thrilled to get a glimpse behind the curtain, so to speak. The trailer showcases Eddie’s incredible career and shows his insights into different parts of his life.
It also brings together some of his famous friends like Jerry Seinfeld, co-star and collaborator Arsenio Hall, Kevin Hart, and Pete Davidson, who has credited Eddie for his small circle of friends. They all have nothing but high praise for the man who helped change and shape the face of comedy.
Of course, the fans all showed up in the comments. Some were a bit wary of the new show, but overall the response has been mostly positive with people looking forward to learning more about the comedian who brought life to some of their favorite characters on the screen.

Netflix has been on a roll lately with the documentaries. Their explosive documentary on Charlie Sheen had a lot of incredible feedback. Next year, Netflix is also set to release a documentary/road trip show with One Direction’s Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson.
