Diddy is apparently having a tricky time in prison. According to a close friend of the musician, he was attacked in his cell recently. The disgraced rapper was sentenced to just over four months in prison last month. He’s previously complained about the harsh conditions at the jail.
Diddy’s friend says he “woke up with a knife to his throat” in prison
A long-time friend of Diddy revealed that he was recently the subject of a prison attack. Charlucci Finney said the rapper “woke up with a knife to his throat.”
He told the Daily Mail: “I don’t know whether he fought him off or the guards came. I just know that it happened.”
Charlucci, who has been pals with Diddy for three decades, added that the alleged attack was probably more of a threat. He said: “If this guy had wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed. It would only take a second to cut his throat with a weapon and kill him. It was probably a way to say: ‘Next time you ain’t gonna be so lucky. Everything is intimidation. But with Sean it won’t work. Sean is from Harlem.”
Charlucci said that Diddy is “unbreakable”. He added: “I’m confident he’s gonna do whatever it takes to make sure he’s still Sean Combs when he comes out.”
Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His legal team previously urged the judge to release him immediately at sentencing, due to the “inhumane conditions” they claim he’s had to put up with at the jail. They have also asked for him to be transferred to a New Jersey facility known for having lax security.
These new claims come amid reports that Donald Trump is considering releasing the media mogul “as early as this week.”
