Did Nathan Gallagher fire Tessa Budd or Christian Trimino from Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10? After a string of mistakes, Captain Sandy Yawn told Nathan that one of these yachties needed to go. Her order came at the tail end of Episode 4. By the start of Episode 5, Nathan had made up his mind, and the results that followed are likely to create many storyline shifts.
Who did Nathan fire on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 5?

During Below Deck Med Season 10 Episode 5, Nathan fired Tessa and Christian.
Nathan decided to set both Tessa and Christian free. Christian made a critical error with a drunken guest, so safety was the main reason given for his firing. Thankfully, Christian understood this decision, and he left the boat without any problems. Tessa, however, remained professional in her exit meeting, but in her confessional, she cursed at Captain Sandy and then blamed her bosun for her failings.
As they walked the pier, Captain Sandy reached out to yacht services, looking for two new deckhands. She also texted a few of her former crew members, but two were busy, and one failed to answer. Thankfully, only a handful of beats later, this yachtie finally responded, letting Captain Sandy know that he was free and could make it to the yacht by the very next day. This returnee was none other than Joe Bradley from Season 9.
Then, yacht services came up empty-handed for her second crew member. So, Captain Sandy promoted Victoria SanJuan to a deck-steward position. V immediately stepped into this role and nailed it, which Nathan loved. He also loved hearing Joe calling for him as his sprinter van dropped him off at the dock.
Their bromance is back on. And it’s all thanks to Nathan’s recent double-firing and Joe’s rehiring on Below Deck Med.
Below Deck Mediterranean airs on Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo.
