Former reality star Kate Gosselin went both Instagram and TikTok official with her new beau. The mom of eight has gone public by announcing her relationship with former bodyguard Steve Neild. She posted a list of things she’s obsessed with on November 8 that included her boyfriend.
Kate posted two photos of Steve in her video slideshow that included her kids, dogs, travels, friends, health and pizza.

In the posts, the former TLC star wrote, “My boyfriend?,” within two photos of the couple, who were on a beach in bathing suits.
Kate was accused of having an affair with Steve while still married in 2009, which she denied and called “disgusting.” She and ex-husband Jon divorced 16 years ago. In July, after joining TikTok, Kate included posts with her boyfriend. She mentioned spending the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with him and Steve’s care of her after knee surgery.
She is best known for her reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8, which documented life with Jon and their eight children. Kate’s sextuplets Aaden, Joel, Alexis, Hannah, Collin and Leah are now 21, while twins Mady and Cara are 25. She is estranged from son Collin, who also does not have a relationship with most of his siblings. Kate institutionalized him when he was a pre-teen, and he then lived with Jon when released.
Kate has been in the limelight on and off since the show went off the air in November 2009. In 2019, she starred in Kate Plus Date, a dating reality show. She joined the cast of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test in 2023, where she withdrew on day one after getting injured during the brutal boot camp tasks.
Kate has revealed her financial situation has taken a nosedive since the reality TV opportunities have dried up. She recently returned to her previous profession as a nurse, getting her license in North Carolina, where she currently resides.
