Bella Hadid Wows in Mini Coatdress That’s as Old as Her

Bella Hadid recently celebrated the Middle East launch of her fragrance line, Orebella, and she did it in a vintage Givenchy mini coatdress. The piece was from the fashion house’s 1996 collection — the same year Hadid was born. No surprise she really owned up to the style and did the impossible of making vintage look chic and modern, and she looked effortlessly elegant doing it.

Bella Hadid promotes Orebella in stunning Givenchy mini coatdress

Bella Hadid’s Givenchy mini coatdress was the perfect choice for Orebella’s Middle East launch on November 7. The model touched down at the Ulta Beauty store in Kuwait for the event, opting for a cream-colored outfit from Givenchy’s 1996 collection.

Her longtime collaborator and celebrity stylist, Mimi Cuttrell, styled Hadid. As a result, the minidress came out to be the perfect mix of chic and timeless with its eye-catching details, including a collared neckline and bow embellishments at the waist. She paired the outfit with white D’accori “Diva” mules and a pair of vintage Givenchy earrings.

Moreover, the model’s hair and makeup were just as polished. She styled her hair with a blowout that led to smooth layers featuring a retro-inspired flip. Her makeup, meanwhile, stayed soft and golden with bronzed skin, defined eyes, and nude lips. The whole look felt both elegant and playful. It was a classic archive fashion spun through a modern lens.

In her Instagram post from the day, Bella Hadid posed outdoors with a bottle of Orebella, wearing her Givenchy mini coatdress. She wrote, “KUWAIT! I LOVE YOU! Thank you to everyone who showed up.” Additionally, she called the experience “surreal,” emphasizing she will never undermine it.

The event marked the official arrival of Orebella in the Middle East after months of international promotion. Wearing a nearly three-decade-old piece with complete ease, Hadid proved that great style is ageless if one styles it right.
