Prince William Carries Out Strange Royal Duty for Football Fans

Fans of Mousehole AFC will have an easier time getting to their football matches thanks to Prince William.

The heir to the throne has brought together a consortium of businesses to find a better route to the club’s home field for supporters to access. Navigating the narrow road filled with potholes to their matches in Cornwall, southwest England, was proving to be quite challenging.

Thanks to the Prince, the club that plays in the Southern League should have much more support for their games at Trungle Parc.

While this project may be a little different from the Prince’s traditional royal duties, it is not surprising, knowing William. The son of King Charles is a massive football fan and has been involved in numerous causes. Among them is the Heads Up campaign, whose aim is to use football to change the game on mental health.

“It is a privilege to be able to help the local community access Mousehole AFC,” said the Prince on the official club website. William is among the many who supported this construction project. Numerous national companies, which also contributed to this cause.

The Prince is an avid supporter of Premier League club Aston Villa, frequently attending their matches with his oldest son, Prince George. Last month William said he hopes to create a world in which George is “proud” to be King.

During a recent trip to Brazil, William participated in drills at the famous Maracana Stadium in Rio. It was all in support of an initiative aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the environment through the game.

Construction for better access to Trungle Parc which is now complete began in the summer. The project came at no cost to the club.
