They’re more than just friends! Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent are officially joining The Valley as full-time cast members. The news just dropped during the first full day of BravoCon 2025, and fan reactions are pouring in. Is an extra dose of Vanderpump Rules what this show needed?
Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent are full-time cast members on The Valley Season 3
Of course, we already knew that Tom and Lala were filming for Season 3 of The Valley. They weren’t necessarily quiet about it. However, it wasn’t until Friday, November 14, at BravoCon, that we learned they’d be joining the show as full-time cast members.
The news came as Schwartz and Lala made a surprise appearance during “The Peaks & The Valley” panel. The crowd roared when the Pump Rules alums came out onto the stage, ready to spill the tea on their new full-time jobs.
“It was different,” Lala said of the filming experience. “I came into Vanderpump Rules Season 4, and they were a very well-oiled machine. Joining this show, I was the well-oiled machine.”
Despite the different vibe, Lala said she had a “wonderful” time, and she promised to bring a fresh perspective to the group dynamic. Meanwhile, Schwartz was busy gushing over his new girlfriend, Kiana Carroll. He told the BravoCon audience that she’s the “love of his life,” so we might see some of that in Season 3, too.
At BravoCon, the reaction to Lala and Schwartz seemed overwhelmingly positive. Naturally, it seems to be a different story on Twitter/X, with plenty of fans airing out their frustrations over the new full-time additions.
One person wrote, “Lala I could probably make a case for as much as she annoys me, but Schwartz?”
Another added, “Welp … throw the whole damn show away!”
There are a handful of fans feeling cautiously optimistic, with one person noting that they’d be fine with whoever brings the drama. On the other hand, we’re just glad that we won’t have to deal with Jax Taylor anymore.
