The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have become accustomed to Lisa Rinna and Lisa Vanderpump taking jabs at each other. At times it seems like they really can’t stand each other. On other occasions, it feels like playful banter. And here and there it’s just difficult to know where they actually stand. Are they enemies, frienemies, or friends?
Yesterday had to be such an awkward day for Melissa Gorga to do press. Of course, promoting a show about arguing with family and friends has to be uncomfortable in general. Not only that, but those photos of Teresa Giudice holding hands with a 26-year-old random just hit the internet.
Last night, Vanderpump Rules viewers saw the return of Crazy Kristen. Kristen Doute even drunkenly fell onto a table after receiving a text about guys night from her man Brian Carter. Through the unintelligible slurring It was not clear what Carter actually texted her, but does it even matter?
Not only that, but Kristen also had some misplaced anger over James Kennedy returning to DJ at Pump. Of course, none of these are actually related, but it all comes back to projection. Right? That’s especially true on reality TV. Last night was the first time Carter has appeared on an episode in forever and it wasn’t even with his own girlfriend. He was at guys night with the rest of the men in the cast. Meanwhile, the female cast members exposed their relationship issues. Stassi Schroeder even called Carter out for not paying any bills. James Kenndy 2.0, much? Why is Kristen always in a sugar mama situation?
Have you ever wondered what it was like to be a Below Deck charter guest? What can you request? What is out of the question? How do the cast members really act? Are they professional? Or are the romances and workplace tension very apparent? There are just so many questions that come to mind. Personally, I’m such a fan that I would want to hang out with the crew members just as much as I would want to chill with my own friends. Who am I kidding? I would ditch my closest friends to have dinner with Captain Lee Rosbach.
Charley Walters has the answers to a lot of those questions. He was a charter guest on Below Deck multiple times. During the most recent season, Charley and his friends reminded Second Stew Josiah Carter of the bullying he faced growing up. Ultimately, it all ended well with Josiah rocking a gold speedo at their gold themed event. Nevertheless, the episode did showcase Josiah’s vulnerability, something the viewers did not get to see much of considering Josiah’s near perfection as an employee.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Cabo trip was everything I wanted and more. There was high humidity and high drama. Margaret Josephs told Jennifer Aydin that her lip liner reminded her of “a monkey’s asshole.” Then, she upped the ante by declaring that Jennifer’s husband sleeps in the pool house and in his girlfriend’s bed. As the viewers know, she took this back immediately, but Jennifer’s reaction gave us some great drama.
Later, Danielle Staub had the nerve to tell Margaret that her kids don’t want to be around her. That’s something Marty Caffrey’s kids could relate to, Danielle. Then, The Marge retaliated by picking up Dolores Catania’s glass of red wine and dumping it on her. Somehow, this all lead to Jennifer smashing a glass and coming at Melissa Gorga with a makeshift shank. So much for this being a fun, booze-filled trip after months of Teresa Giudice’sfitness competition dieting.
The 2019 Super Bowl was underwhelming. It could have been the low-scoring game. Or maybe people are just tired of the New England Patriots winning everything. And then there was the Super Bowl Half Time show with Adam Levine’s many layers of clothing. That was…. interesting, as in not really.
Nevertheless, there were a lot of fun parties in Atlanta during Super Bowl weekend with plenty of reality TV stars in attendance. There are also some reality stars who watched the Super Bowl at home.
