The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast recently filmed the season 10 reunion. Lisa Rinna said it was “bullshit,” attributing blame to those cease and desist letters that Denise Richards sent to the cast and crew. Reunion host Andy Cohen disagreed with her sentiments, of course.
After filming, Denise and Garcelle Beauvais unfollowed Lisa. Denise also unfollowed Teddi Mellencamp and Erika Jayne. I don’t blame her for unfollowing Teddi though. I would have just done that based on the excessive workout posts alone. It’s assumed that the reunion was filmed just like the other recent Bravo reunions, with everyone filming separately from the safety of their homes.
However, Kyle Richards posted a photo post-filming with Erika, Teddi, Dorit Kemsley (wearing Louis Vuitton pajamas), and Lisa. Did they just get together after the fact? I would love to know about the logistics of this filming situation, but we will probably have to wait on that.
It looks like 2020 is the year of the virtual reunion. Well, pretty much the virtual everything at this point. Real Housewives of Atlanta filmed a reunion via Zoom. The Tinger King cast filmed their reunion virtually as well. Now, it’s the Vanderpump Rules cast’s turn at the virtual reunion.
Just because the sit-down was filmed via webcam while the cast members quarantined safely at home, it doesn’t mean that they toned down the glam. They may have done their own hair and makeup, but you really can’t tell. They really went all out. All 392,252,155 of the cast members.
Even with the quarantine, plenty of reality TV stars celebrated Easter. Some of them even dressed up to eat dinner in the dining room, which is way more than what I did. Props to them.
Real Housewives of New York star Dorinda Medley wore bunny ears in the Berkshires. Margaret Josephs spent some quality time with her mom, Marge Senior. Terry Dubrow, Heather Dubrow, and their kids all wore matching Easter pajamas. I had no idea that was a thing. But, again, they put a lot more effort into getting dressed than I did yesterday.
This quarantine has us quarantined and yearning for new Real Housewives content. Unfortunately, Season 12 of Real Housewives of New York will not be released early, despite requests from fans. However, April 2 isn’t that far away.
And as much as we are craving new content in the form of episodes, there is at least something new for fans to consume and discuss. The Season 12 RHONY taglines are out. Let’s see what the ladies came up with.
Once again, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members through me for a loop with their reunion outfits. What was everyone thinking? Melissa Gorga stuck to her signature look: a plunging jumpsuit with a slicked-back ponytail and absolutely killed it. But other than Melissa, the looks were… ummm… questionable. To say the least.
Usually, the Real Housewives reunions have a theme when it comes to the dress code, with the ladies dressing in the designated color palette. I have no idea what direction the cast was given this season. None of these looks go together. At all. Yes, there are some sequins, but that really is the norm when it comes to a Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion.
The New York Housewives have delivered some iconic moments in the Berkshires. So, it was only a matter of time before Bravo created a new show set in the Berkshire Mountains.
Camp Getaway premieres on Monday, April 6 at 10 PM on Bravo. The series centers around the staff members of the “ultimate adult playground.” Yes, apparently, there is a summer camp for full-grown adults. Consider my mind blown.
Sadly, this season of Below Deck is coming to an end, but there is a new spin-off show premiering tonight. Below Deck Sailing Yacht starts Season 1 at 9 PM on Bravo.
We will see one familiar face, Adam Glick, a chef who appeared in two seasons of Below Deck Mediterranean. You know him best for spitefully cooking with onions despite the requests on the guests’ preference sheet and for a love triangle with Malia White and Wes Walton. Aside from Adam, the cast is full of new people.
After two great seasons (no, I’m not counting Season 1), Real Housewives of Dallas Season 4 has been a little ehhh. We continued to be subjected to the never-ending (yet boring) feud between LeeAnne Locken and D’Andra Simmons. They both dyed their hair the same
orange blonde color and claimed that there was infidelity in each other’s marriages.
Other than that, there really haven’t been many storylines, other than Stephanie Hollman and Kameron Westcott “feuding” because they just weren’t meant to be friends. It’s not that complicated, yet here we are. Who would have thought that the words “surface level” would be that upsetting? Well, after a season of pretty much nothing happening, LeeAnne gave us all something to talk about with her culturally insensitive remarks about new Housewife Kary Brittingham. She called Kary a “chirpy Mexican” and used the word “Mexican” a few times over, which is not acceptable. There’s no doubt that this will be the major discussion topic at the Season 4 reunion. Yes, it’s a big deal, and also because, again, nothing else really happened this season. Meanwhile, the Potomac ladies had a fire Season 4, something that I cannot say enough.
