Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor is adamant that his friendship with Tom Sandoval is over. However, it’s hard to make any predictions with this cast. Tom forgave Jax for having sex with Kristen Doute while they were dating (when Tom was asleep in the next room), yet these two were able to patch things up.
Tom went out of the way to be a great best man in Jax’s wedding, bringing umbrellas, saving the locked-up alcohol, and he even had spare tampons in his suitcase. However, Jax dismissed all of that as a bid for attention. He never got over Tom’s objections to the homophobic pastor. Jax even said that he regretted having Tom in the wedding. And then there were the competing pool parties, which might weirdly be the kiss of death for this friendship- out of all the terrible things that have happened.
This season of Vanderpump Rules is just so strange. There are too many cast members to keep track of and two distinct groups. The one person who bridges the gap between the new cast members and the long-time cast members is Scheana Marie. For some reason, she’s still “working” at SUR, even though she’s an original cast member with some successful side hustles.
However, she arguably gets the most screen time out of all of the cast members, so, apparently she’s doing something right… even if that something is just wearing a SUR uniform while she says embarrassing things.
Normally, we love to keep things light and make sure our readers are entertained. We know that many people love to escape by reading our website and that’s something we understand. We also know that other times, our readers look to our site for that intersection of reality TV and other important news. Recently, our site has covered different aspects of the coronavirus pandemic.
In addition to the global health crisis, there are issues in this country that cannot be ignored. Recently, reality TV stars have been using their platforms to demand justice for George Floyd, a man who was killed on May 25 when a policer officer named Derek Chauvin shoved his knee into his neck. George told him, “Please, the knee in my neck, I can’t breathe.” According to CNN, witness Donald Williams told the policeman, “Officer, he’s not resisting arrest, you have your knee on him and you have handcuffs on him, he’s detained at this moment.'”
Over the weekend, some of your favorite reality TV stars attended protests. Others encouraged people to take action and speak up.
When Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright got married, it was a real Bravo affair. Obviously, there were Vanderpump Rules cast members in attendance and as members of the wedding party, even though Jax regretted some of those decisions. Summer House alums and Shep Rose from Southern Charm attended the wedding as well. Jax and Britany even designated Shep as “the worst wedding guest.”
And now Scheana Marie is sharing her not-so-glowing review of Shep’s wedding… performance, if you will. She admitted that she had every intention of hooking up with him that weekend, but it just didn’t happen, thanks to alcohol.
It’s the second coming of Scheana Marie all! A couple months ago, we received confirmation about something Scheana fans had long suspected. Scheana was deliberately being edited in a negative light by FORMER Vanderpump Rules editor Bri Dellinger, because Scheana didn’t “befriend her” outside of the show. Question: how did Bri even get a job editing on this show if she didn’t graduate from middle-school?
Sure, we all enjoyed watching Scheana, at times, be the butt of a joke. But this past season of Pump Rules producers and editors went too far. They crossed a line when they decided to frame Scheana to look like she was hitting on Stassi Schroeder’s younger brother, Nikolai Czermak. Soon after this, Bri shared she was behind the negative edits. She has since been fired, set her social media to private, and remains unapologetic. Now, #JusticeForScheana can really begin.
Yes. You read that headline correctly. Stassi Schroeder from Vanderpump Rules is tired of being called a “mean girl.” Newsflash, lady! We are tired of you BEING a mean girl. I love petty drama but ugh. It’s honestly hard to even know where to begin with her. On ean episode this season, Stassi whines (over wine, HA!) to Beau Clark about how she isn’t allowed to “outgrow” her friendship with Kristen Doute. Like who said that?
Stassi is over her former co-witch Kristen. Shocking considering she is still conveniently friends with her ex-boyfriend Jax Taylor who cheated on her, lied to her face, and has generally been a terrible person forever. Stassi was also quick to make up with Katie Maloney when she was returning to the show after leaving post-Season 3. I mean, she can forgive, when it suits her. And rather than keep the peace with her longtime TV bestie, Stassi has taken to her podcast to continue her complaints.
Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd have built an impressive empire. Equally impressive is their ability to hire super-hot people and make a reality show about their personal dramas against the backdrop of the couple’s luxe restaurants. If you’re obsessed anything like me, you’ve visited all of their establishments on the West Coast.
This is part of what makes the Vanderpump Rules mastermind, LVP, such a genius. She knew that creating a series based on her staff would bring in business. Not just local business but business afar, from people who are fans of the show. Since LA is currently in lockdown due to COVID, Lisa’s establishments have been closed. This is a reminder that we’re living in desperate times. And desperate times apparently call for desperate measures.
From the very first episode of Vanderpump Rules this season, I found Dayna Kathan to be suspect. In her very first scene, she tells us that she just starting hooking up with fellow newbie and TomTom manager Max Boyens. How convenient. Then, mid-season, she suddenly starts dating the other newbie Brett Caprioni, who coincidentally happens to be Max’s best friend. And they both happen to have also hooked up with none other than Scheana Marie! It is almost like she is following a “How to Be Relevant on Reality TV” Handbook. Dayna does not seem to have chemistry with either of the guys, and the whole thing makes me skeptical of her motives in general.
Dayna‘s flings with Max and Brett naturally led to a rivalry with Scheana. Hooking up with the newbie best friends was Scheana’s plan for this season! Dating the resident f***boys is Scheana’s role! Dayna definitely stole her storyline. Even though Scheana says everything is good between all of them now, she did not miss the chance to call Dayna out for her calculated moves this season.
