The Bachelorette’s Jillian Harris continues to laugh of rumors of her fiance, Ed Swiderski‘s infidelities. When asked about the cheating allegations, Jillian delcares her love for Ed telling OK Magazine, “We have not even come close [to splitting].”
The couple is currently enjoying some time together in Canada. They both attended Jillian’s cousin wedding this weekend. You can see photos of the wedding here.
“We’ve got a Jet Ski, so we’ve been spending lots of time on the lake,” says Jillian, who is still planning to move to Ed’s home city of Chicago in September.
Jillian’s friends also back her decision to stay with Ed, “Jill was aware that there was a risk of this kind of tabloid attention when she got involved in the show,” reasons Shannon Long, who speaks with Jillian every day.
It was reported a few days ago that money might be a motivation for Jillian and Ed staying together.
If you recall, the first Bachelorette Trista Rehn and then fiance, Ryan Stutter, got paid the amount of $1 million to have their wedding televised back in 2003. There’s obviously a huge amount of money at stake if Jillian and Ed make it down the aisle.
Oh for god’s sake. Money is not a factor. Ed has a very very good job and Jill is successful in her own right. Ed and Jillian are together because they are very much in love with each other.
LOL!! “very much in love with each other” — sure. Check back in a few months and tell us the same thing when their reality tv based faux relationship finally collapses. I’ll be here to tell you ‘I told you so’.

People pls just leave them alone and get on with their lives. If they do end up getting married, then we should be happy for two people in love. If they are just pretending, then it’s themselves that they are fooling anyway?
It is great to see them happy but they cannot tell people or the press to leave them alone.When JILLIAN signed up for the show she put her life in public view. It is now everybody’s business to scrutinized her and she understood that. she should not whine and belly aching about it.
As long as Ed and Jillian remain on the spotlight there are going to be positive and negative comments about them.They are addicted to the limelight.They will do anything just to be on camera.I didn’t believe anything she said that she hated it so much to be on the limelight. Give me a break! What she say and what she does are two different things.If it is a positive coverage she liked it but if it is negative she is mad about it.She has to take the bad and the good.This is what she signed up for. All i could say is give the relationship 2 to 3 years In two years they will be able to see and know if their relationship is working or not.If they both stay away from the spotlight and turned down all the appearances and give away to the homeless people, the sick and the hungry all the freebies they get from their appearances.And the money they both earned give some of it to leukemia foundation or the soup Kitchen to feed the hungry and the needy in Chicago and instead of wasting their time drinking in the bar they should volunteer helping and serving other people with their time.Do you think they will give away some of that money? I doubt it. of course not! they are self serving. They will only do it to raise funds. as long as it does not come out of their own pocket they won’t mind raising funds for it. This is my opinion.
