The National Enquirer has a story out about Raquel Curtin, daughter of Lynn Curtin of the Real Housewives of Orange County. Raquel made her debut on the show last year and was infamous for her underage drinking on national television. Following in her footsteps is her younger 17 year old sister, Alexis Curtin, who asked her mother if she could have a drink on the second episode of the current season.
According to the Enquirer story, the 19 year old is even more wild and out of control. The mag obtained exclusive photos of Raquel as she boozes it up even though she’s underage, kisses a girl and poses seductively in skimpy clothing. One of the photos is below.
The most troubling part of the story are photos in the magazine that show clearly visible cuts on her wrists. “Raquel has cut her wrists with razor blades a number of times, usually after a fight with her boyfriend or when she’s depressed,” a close friend reveals.
The “friend” continues, “Even though Raquel is under age and can’t legally drink, that doesn’t stop her. She’ll drink almost anything you put in front of her, but she prefers Grey Goose vodka and champagne.”
Apparently, Raquel isn’t shy about showing off her body either. “She’s usually the first one to start taking off her clothes after a few drinks. One time she stripped down to her G-string and bar patrons drank shots off her body,” says the friend.
The friend also reveals that Raquel is depressed. “Raquel is depressed a lot of the time,” divulged the friend. “She was mortified when her family received an eviction notice on TV.”

Stop being so cluesless about everything.
Leave the girl alone. It isnt her choice that her parents have them on a TV show. Sadly most teenage kids drink. I dont like booze but to point at her like some sort of evil kid for drinking is too much. Kids in general could use more parental supervision nowadays.
Its sad, maybe she needs to face her demons or maybe seeing this, Lynn will actually believe that there is a problem?

Please. Lynne is a pisspoor parent. She’s more interested in being friends with her kid than parenting them. Lynne better prepare herself — all the facelifts and boob jobs in the world won’t stop her from being a grandmother soon.

None of the housewive’s kids have any poise, class or proper decorum. Their parents are socially inept and their lack of propriety is being passed down to their kids. I doesn’t surprise me at all to see Lynns teenage daughter guzzling grey goose. There’s no story here… NEXT!
She “prefers” Grey Goose and champagne? To what? Pabst Blue Ribbon and Mogen David 20/20?
I think their maternal grandmother needs to move in and take control, because her self-absorbed daughter hasn’t the maturity, the spine, or the interest to guide two teenage daughters. I’m not sure Lynne could even handle a pet. (Yes, I know the grandmother raised the self-obsessed daughter, but she seems leaping eons wiser.)
I’m going to prove my amazing psychic abilities and predict rehab is in the near future.
Raquel has shown herself to be bratty, rude, crude, entitled, annoying, trashy, a skank and a one of the drinkingest gals we have yet to see on the Real Housewives Franchise. Alexis seems to be poised to follow in her sister’s overstimulated, strumput ways. Nice job, Lynne and Frank. With Lynne believeing life is all about looking good while spending monies you do not have and getting evicted on national television, where is the care and concern of REAL parents? This family is beyond a hot mess. How unfortunate and tasteless. I have to wonder~is Raquel without her birthday BMW due to finances or due to booze? She is well on her way to Boozebagville~unless she is already an honorary resident.
It’s one thing to sign up for a reality show. It’s another to subject your children to that microscope as well. Lynne is so hungry for “celebrutard” status she is willing to throw her own children under the bus. What a bunch of losers. And, not for nothing, but how about the new house they just moved into? Are they planning on ripping off that landlord too? They couldn’t afford the first place, but now all of a sudden they can afford this one? They should move out to desert and try to forget about how they have damaged their children.

CPS needs to get involved with the Curtin family. Raquel should be put in a group home and her parents prosecuted for Neglect and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
In good conscience, I can no longer watch these shows knowing that my satellite signal is being picked up and added to the ratings numbers.
This Raquel is really trashy. What a loser. She’s really nasty and not attractive at all. She needs to work on the INSIDE and then out. What an idiot. Spoilt brat.
Raquel DOES have a choice whther she wants to be in this show or not.
The Ozzies had their own show for so many seasons and their daughter CHOSE to NOT be in it so she didn’t have to be.
Lynne might be celeb crazed but so is Raquel. Anything to get her in all clubs and free drinks at this point.
I will have to point out that Jeana’s daughter Kara, is way different than many of the kids we’ve seen in any of the Housewives saga.

I wonder why they didnt show up. They wont get thrown in jail for a civil judgment if they show up to court. We dont have debtors prison for civil judgments.

I have raised all boys and have no idea how girls are. With that being said, I think that discipline is crucial to any young adult. It seems like you life is so fake. How can you not know that your children are out of control. Sure the show can slant a persons view, but what repercussions did she have for not going to school. Your duty as a parent is to have your children learn for 12 years of school. They must be respectful, engaging and motivated. They seem to be lacking as best. You job is not to be their friend but their parent, you are not a good parent. Sorry but you failed, are the girls going to college? Do they have employment or a plan of action for the future? What do they contribute to our society? You have really missed the boat but I think that you are both nice people who must set boundaries for your daughters and adhere to them.
I wish they had picked a more flattering pic of her. Her hair looks so rough and gross in the first pic. =/
