TMZ is reporting that Jon and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced as of today. A Pennsylvania Judge has signed the final papers, making Jon and Kate officially single, not that being married has stopped Jon from acting like a single man for the past couple of months.
The details of who got what are sealed, but Kate’s lawyer confirmed to TMZ that Kate will continue to reside at the family’s PA home with the eight children. As for Kate, she says, “I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children.” She called the divorce “challenging,” and says she will now focus on “restructuring our lives.”
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad was also ordered not to bring any firearms onto their property. The Montgomery County, PA judge gave the order as Jon showed up in court to face off against his former lawyer who is now suing him for non-payment. The court order came about as photos of Jon firing a hand gun at their PA property surfaced. As we reported earlier, a decision was rendered regarding how Jon & Kate should divide their money and other property. Kate was said to be thrilled with the results while Jon reacted by shooting a few rounds from his gun near the fence of the family’s PA home.
In other news, the National Enquirer is reporting that Jon owes his former girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, $90,000. Yes you read that right. According to the Enquirer, Jon was in dire need of cash after a judge demanded he return the $180,000 he withdrew from his joint account with Kate – or face contempt charges.
Apparently Jon had spent a most of the $180,000 and a large portion of the repayment came from Hailey’s life savings . Jon begged Hailey for the loan, saying that he didn’t want his kids to see him in jail. “Prior to the court order, Hailey heard the rumors that Jon took money out of the account,” said a close pal. “But Jon told her that it was all lies.”
But once the judge made his ruling on Oct. 13th, Jon “came crying to Hailey, admitting that he did take money – but he said he believed he was entitled to it – as his paycheck,” said the pal. Jon insisted he no longer had the cash, saying he had used it to pay off the women who claimed to have had affairs with him because he was afraid the accusations would hurt him in his divorce battle.
Hailey was reluctant to lend Jon the $90,000 – money she’d saved up since childhood from relatives, past jobs and also from her Bat Mitzvah. She eventually relented and lent him the money. “Jon promised to pay her back in full by January, but now he’s pleading for more time,” continued the pal.
The pal reveals Hailey no longer trusts Jon and plans to take action against him if he doesn’t pay her back by January. This story seems to be a new low, even for Jon Gosselin standards.

Jon is a douche and I really don’t like him. BUT — I have zero sympathy for Hailey. She ran her smart punk mouth, talking smack about Kate and the kids and defending Jon against all the claims being made against him. She couldn’t find enough glowing, positive words to describe Jon and his character — now she can shut up and feast on her own words.
She’s a douchette.
So you mean he doesn’t even have enough money to schedule a surgery to get “fixed?” Just the thought of him is reminiscent of vommitt on a fine magical winter day. I would like to donate some money for him to buy some ProActive. Her really needs it now.
Maybe he could write a book about being on a reality show and falling into that trap of famewhore, it could be a book that anyone who is thinking about doing a reality show should read, like a how to handle becoming a famewhore/douchebag for dummies and then how to handle the big let down, like when the court won’t let you bring firearms to where your children are, or what to do when you borrow $$ from the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed your wife’s tummy tuck an you can’t pay her back, ya know stuff like that.

So in addition to having to pay a rumored five figures a month in child support and repaying the rest of the entire $235,000 he took from the joint bank account, he also owes “the love of his life” Hailey Glassman $90,000.
That Jon actually has been forbidden by the court to bring any firearms onto the property where Kate and his children reside eludes to the existence of a possibility that is inherently troubling in itself. There is little doubt left that the man is not mentally or emotionally balanced. And, as Lizzie has been pointing out for some time now, maybe he never has really been ‘all there’, although I do hope that’s not the case, as that would mean his ability to improve his life, thus his relationship with his children, is less likely.
Does anyone have any inkling on what Jon spent the $180,000? His lawyer, Mark Heller, who encouraged him to remove the $235,000, certainly wound up with some of it.
Jon’s claim that he used the money to pay off all the women who were claiming to have had affairs with him reaks. He’s always blown off such claims, even long before his and Kate’s separation, making denials to the press, calling the women liars. So why would he suddenly start throwing money at them? Besides, money or no money, if they’d been subpoenaed by the courts, they surely would’ve told the truth rather than face time in jail.
Is he still leasing the luxury New York apartment? Surely not. Instead of borrowing money from Hailey, why didn’t he sell a couple of his luxury vehicles?
I see Hailey taking Jon to court over the $90,000 owed, but I don’t see her ever getting it back. I doubt she’s going to suffer all that much from its loss as I’m sure her father will replace it, just as he provided it in the first place.
And there is a bit of poetic justice in that, since it’s her father who brought this scoundrel into their home in the first place and seems to have encouraged, at least in the beginning, the relationship between Jon and his daughter.
Once again, when it comes to this particular article, more troubling than the $90,000 owed to Hailey, is the court’s order forbidding Jon to step foot on what is now Kate’s property while carrying a firearm. Alarming indeed.

Hailey is the biggest IDIOT ever. IF and I say IF she actually did borrow him 90 grand she gets what she deserves. (and there is no way in hell she had that much money in savings ) she doesnt work and she is only 22. Who the hell does she think she is kidding? Karma is a REALY mother isnt it Hailey????
