Hide your tables! Bravo has announced the second season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey will return on May 3rd.
And based on the video preview below, this new season will not disappoint. As for what we can expect, well the infamous hair pulling incident that occurred during a fight between Danielle Staub, Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita will be shown. Danielle ended up pressing charges against Jacqueline’s daughter, Ashley Holmes, for yanking out her hair extensions.
We also get to see the birth of Teresa’s fourth daughter, the debut of Danielle’s daughter, Christine Staub, on the catwalk at New York Fashion show, plus a trip by most of the women to Venice, Italy. Oh yeah, there are also stripper poles, police officers, and some boxing.

I think I will not be watching this “Housewives” franchise. Too much drama and not enough substance. We live in a civilized society for a reason and to put it on Teresa’s level, we need to use our words and not our fists.
Just my humble opinion.

I know, I Know, alot of people don’t like the Jersey Housewives, but I love them.. I laugh my ass of at their over the top ways pure freakin’ entertainment for me!
I was so hoping the Danielle story line was history and we would see something fresh with some substance!
I love them allllllll.lol. These women are funny. That is what its all about. I cannot wait until this begins. NY is kind of boring in comparison.

I haven’t seen Atlanta, but I’ve seen New Jersey, last season of New York, and last season of OC (yeah I’m a newbie!.) That being said, Jersey is by faarrrr my favorite

I just don’t get it though because the Danielle story should be on its way out, yet somehow she is “placed” at an event with them all to fight, I think it was at the country club.
Eventhough i am a huge fan of the housewives franchise and am entertained by them all, I feel truly sorry for the children of these women. They really have no control of what thier mother’s do, and its the kids that will be haunted by the embarrassment for years to come. No matter how much $ they have they will need to be in therapy. There are many housewife fans, but there are also many haters.

I so agree with how cruel it is to have all these trash lookin/talkin woman against Danielle. It almost makes you feel sorry for Danielle if that is what Bravo is trying to achieve. I just dont like a gang fight. Make it fair is all..

Only liked Dina from s1. Jackie and daughter are so annoying, but will prolly watch the new season2 nonetheless.
To shake things up, it would be great if Bravo came up with a NY and NJ Real Housewives special season.
They could pair Sonja and Danielle, since they are two-of-a-kind in the sex maniac category.
Caroline Manzo could be teamed up with Jill (that would be a real dog fight).
You get the idea:
- Maybe Countess LuAnn could give Teresa lessons in dining etiquette (no table flips, plz).
- Dina, Crazy Eyes, and Alex … maybe???
- Then in the super boring team, they could put Jacqueline, Kelly, and Jennifer Gilbert (although, we don’t know much about her yet).
Can’t wait for RH-NJ season 2, and the premiers of RH-BH and RH-DC.
