Teresa Giudice talks RHONJ reunion

To be honest, I felt pretty blah about this current Real Housewives of New Jersey season. In my opinion, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Jacqueline Laurita really brought their A game….and I’ll let you fill in the rest. But things did start to heat up once the battle lines were drawn after the crazy Vermont trip when Jacqueline came for both Melissa and Teresa. After all of that, I’m curious to see how the reunion went down.

Teresa recently described it as “pretty epic.” That’s saying a lot since the last few reunions seemed to be pretty tough for the notorious table flipper. It sounds like she felt like she won her battles, defended herself well, or something else positive. Hopefully it’s not a total love fest and she just put Jacqueline in her place. Nevertheless, I cannot wait to see how it all goes down and what Tre and the other ladies think about it.

Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub yoga

Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers will never forget Teresa Giudice yelling “prostitution whore” and flipping a table in response to Danielle Staub during the show’s first season. They brawled at a country club and went tit for tat at the reunion. And now the two biggest personalities in the show’s history were spotted doing yoga together. Wait. What?

Wow. What a time to be alive. Things have certainly changed. I did see that Teresa tweeted she would welcome a Danielle return to RHONJ recently, but I had no idea that she would actually hang out with Danielle. I’m in complete and total shock, but I am loving it.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been super dramatic, but there is definitely some dead weight if I’m keeping it real. You can fill in the blanks on this one, but in my opinion Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Jacqueline Laurita, all make great TV, and then there are the other ladies…. I mean, people actually attacked Melissa’s 21-year-old store manager Derek Zagami, who was not even present, to get a story line. And now he is not working there anymore, is that a coincidence?

Really though. As much as I love this show (and I’m obsessed) the casting is just not 100%. Sure, I like the other cast members as people, but that doesn’t mean that they have what it takes to be entertaining on reality television. So I would actually love it if Danielle Staub returned. And believe it or not, Teresa actually agrees that Danielle should make a comeback. Wait. What?

Michael Rapaport and Melissa Gorga on Watch What Happens Live

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga and Real Housewives super fan Michael Rapaport are Andy Cohen‘s guests on WWHL tonight.

First, Michael weighs in on current Real Housewives story lines. About Teresa Giudice‘s emotional return, he says, “Great TV. Her hair was fantastic – best hair line in the business.” As for Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s newbies, Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania, he loves them both. About a post-face lift Siggy showing up in bandages, Michael says, “This woman has balls.” He adds that Dolores is fantastic and has a beautiful family.

Real Housewives Kids arrests, DUIs, and more trouble.

I feel like there should be some sort of Real Kids spin off show within the Real Housewives franchise, because it seems like a lot of them have inherited a penchant from drama from their reality TV mothers and there others who have taken things even further with legal troubles and other controversies.

The Real Housewives kids have caused a lot of trouble over the years…from DUIs to public hair pulling to domestic violence accusations. There have been plenty of headlines about these reality star kids – thanks to their mothers’ fame – throughout the years.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita was one of Andy’s guests tonight on Watch What Happens Live. Jacqueline answered questions about sister-in-law Dina Manzo, her ex-BFF Teresa Giudice, former co-star Danielle Staub and more!

Has she had any work done to her face or body? “No, but I want to soon.”

Andy mentions that Jacqueline didn’t seem receptive to Teresa’s New Year’s Eve call. “At that time my guard was up. I hadn’t heard from her in so long and then the note. But it was when she said “oh do you always answer the phone on speaker?” She  knows when you’re on a reality show you always put your phone on speaker. So I thought she was trying to throw me under the bus and that turned me off immediately and why my walls went up.”

Danielle Staub with daughters

Christine Staub, the former model daughter of Danielle Staub, is speaking out about her experiences on Real Housewives Of New Jersey. Think of it as a prequel to the tell-all Danielle has planned

“If you believe what you’ve read about my mother in the press, you probably just rolled your eyes,” acknowledges Christine. “That’s OK—I’m used to that.”

“I don’t care what any TV viewer believes her to be, or how any media outlet defines her,” adds Christine. “I know who she is, and I admire her.”

Luann de Lesseps performs 'Girl Code' on WWHL

Tonight is the Grammy Awards, which got us thinking about some of our favorite reality stars who have also embarked upon a music career but have never won a Grammy. I mean everyone on Bravo can’t be David Foster. Or Kandi Burruss

Perhaps the Grammys actually need their own category for reality TV star singers?!

So as a shout-out in support of all those unrecognized reality stars-turned-pop stars here’s a run-down of some of our favorite hits from Real Housewives to Heidi Montag
