Get ready for a whole new season of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live!
The Bravo network announced this week that season 5 of the hit show will premiere on September 25 at 11/10c. Andy Cohen returns as the show host of course.
The first guest on the upcoming season is none other than Millionare Matchmaker’s Patti Stanger! Patti will teach you how to snag your own millionare though she has yet to snag one herself take viewer questions in the special one-hour premiere episode. The network also released a list of guests who will be visiting the Bravo club house.
The most notable date is on Oct. 9 when twittermies Melissa Gorga and comedian Jay Mohr will -GASP- appear on the show together! The full list of guests below -
Monday, Sept. 26: Tia and Tamera Mowry from Style Network’s reality show Tia & Tamera
Sunday, Oct. 2: Bridesmaids‘ star Wendi McLendon-Covey and Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Caroline Manzo
Monday, Oct. 3: CNN anchor and talk show host Anderson Cooper
Sunday, Oct. 9: Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Melissa Gorga and comedian/Bravo blogger Jay Mohr
Monday, Oct. 10: Work of Art executive producer and actress Sarah Jessica Parker

Andy is such a DOUCHE! I hope they don’t have him replace Regis. To me his act gets a bit old after a few minutes. Even his WWHL show is even way to long I always have to turn it off after a couple of minutes
I wanna see Beverly Hills Housewives on his show. Glad that Tia & Tamera are coming… I’m sure they’ll correct dumb ass, Melissa Gorga, when she said that Tia & Tamera are half Italian. They are Bahamian/American.
Sure why not, this show is often a mess and that makes it fun to watch in a public access sort of way.

@Fred… I hope you are correct about Work Of Art. It is the only show I can admit to watching on Bravo without hanging my head in shame. I hope they work in a new medium this year…mouseheads and feathers make a bold statement

I’m with you. I don’t know why fraudulent Patti gets an entire hour. There doesn’t seem to be a demand of her. Bravo seems out of touch of what their audience really likes. Her ratings are bad too this won’t boost them after hearing her for an hour.

Andy is a hypocrite he is fast to point out every ones flaws and express his opinions about hate and bulling but the supports a show that encourages it and rewards it and I never seen him do anything about it but just sit there with that stupid ass smile he has or smirk either way he is a total JACK-HOLE of the YEAR
I hope melissa and jay don’t kiss and make up by the time they are scheduled to appear. This show usually bores me…except when cat and countess were on!!!

I love Andy, and have been having WWHL withdrawals!! True, I’d lve home to ask harder questions, and call people out on their crap, but he’s also SR VP of Programming, so I’m sure there’s a line he can’t cross. With that said, I think he’s adorable and love him!!

Well, if Andy is bringing on guests from the Style Network how about some of the cast from Jerseylicious? Now that’s a show I’ve enjoyed from day one.
I have nothing against Tia and Tamera but why are they being hyped as if they’re the Second Coming? Every time I check to see what’s on Style it’s yet another repeat of their show. Now even Andy’s got them. What gives?
Love Jerseylicious too! And I love Andy, deep down he is charming and I enjoy his creativity and sense of humor.
Maybe there is a network switch underway? Perhaps Tia and Tanera will be moving to Bravo just like Project Runway moved to Lifetime? It’s possible?

I used to love this show, but since the housewives franchise has taken such a dark turn, I find myself liking it- and Andy- less and less… which is too bad. I really used to love Andy- but if he replaces Regis, I will NEVER watch “Live” again. Andy is just not the right fit, at all….
With all the stuff happening and about to happen they brought the show back early in order for Andy and Bravo to better spin PR.

I do like Andy and his show but think it odd about the timing of this very long vaca. It’s as if he’s been hiding out since the death of Russell, whether it was his choice or Bravo’s.
Personally I’d like to see Andy and Bravo be more responsible and hold the casts accountable for their often awful behavior. I see Andy as kind of an enabler and don’t think that might be the best thing.

BTW, I may sound crazy but I’m also wondering if Tia and Tamera just might move to Bravo. One night when I was channel surfing their show was being broadcast on Bravo. At first, I thought I was going nuts but it really was on. I’ve never been able to figure it out but I saw what I saw.
Will not be watching Patti Stink, Stank, Stunk. Sickening woman. Like Anderson Cooper, he really knows his housewife stuff.

Actually, NO, I am not excited about the return of WWHL.
I think Russell Armstrong’s suicide ruined the show for me. I am ashamed enough about the fact that actually watch these stupid shows and now I have to draw a line and at least show some restraint by refusing to watch Andy Cohen pretend to be drunk so he can spew snark and mock the cast he hired. Andy kind of makes me sick now. Maybe it’s just me.
Let’s see I will not watch the show when Melissa or Caroline is on because they are soooo boring. Same ol’ same ol’ flat shallow personalities. Maybe that is why they are friends?
@Daisy: Not to defend Melissa or anything, but Tia & Tamera actually thought they were part Italian for years, and have publicly said so. It was only recently that they said that their dad thought he was part Italian only to find out he was actually British.

Patty Stanger is one of the most annoying people of all time. She needs to be part of an ensemble cast where she can be pushed to the background or she needs to be let go to annoy people on a far less widespread level. I will gladly miss her WWHL appearance (AND her show!).
It should be interesting to see Jay with Melissa LOL!! Here’s hoping that their TwitterFest is discussed in painful detail that night!

His jackhole of the week. The absolutely STUPID game of the week~~just get to all the juicy questions and get on w/ it. The night Jay Mohr hosted was the absolute best!

Looking forward to Jay Mohr and Anderson Cooper, I hope there are good episodes to rip apart the nights those guys are on the show.
Shame on Andy Cohen for diverting my attention from Stanker’s despicable (but typical) tirades. Making HER his “jackhole of the week” the day after he sat back and said NOTHING while she mouthed (her usual) shit, turned him into someone I’m done with.
And I don’t give a shit about what he names his tortoise.
Since Bravo never posts my comments, I will comment here instead. Andy, you sucked as a host and your attitude towards Teresa was deplorable. You were nicer to Danielle, and she made those idiotic threats towards the other women on the show. Guns, bodyguards, felons … crazy stuff. Both you and Caroline owe Teresa an apology.
@48 Maybe he was alittle rough on Teresa. But not to worry as she didn’t understand half of the stuff he was asking her anyway. He had to repeat things several times before she understood., If she even did.
