Cedric Martinez Slams Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump! Plus Brandi Glanville Talks LeAnn Rimes!

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills most notorious houseguest Cedric Martinez refuses to give up the limelight or let go of Lisa Vanderpump’s coattails! Speaking exclusively to Wetpaint Entertainment, Cedric accuses Lisa and her husband Ken Tood of inflicting major damage to his life!

“Ken stabbed me in the back and Lisa twisted the knife, but they didn’t kill me,” he laments. “It was a rough year, but I’ve landed on my feet.” And things are going well for the former moocher – he now has a job he loves, his own place, and a tell-all memoir in the works.

I wonder if that tell-all will include tidbits about the Vanderpump-Todd family? After all during the Season 1 reunion, Lisa revealed they were forced to get the police involved following Cedric’s ejection from their mansion and Kyle Richards let it slip that the couple filed a restraining order against Cedric!

Well, restraining order or not, Cedric is not hesitating to speak out on the couple who housed him and treated him as one of their family and Cedric insists that Lisa was buddy-buddy with the tabloid media and gave them negative stories about him and other cast members! “There’s no question about it. I’ve known Lisa has Us Weekly on speed dial since she sold out my relationship with Lance Bass,” Cedric declares. Um… what relationship with Lance Bass – did I miss something?

He also claims that Lisa is “absolutely” the person who fed the media information about Taylor’s marital issues, which is a storyline included in this season!

Cedric is also responding to friend Brandi Glanville‘s accusations that Kim Richards is an addict! “Anyone watching this season knows drinking is the least of her problems,” Cedric asserts. “I hope and pray she gets the help she so desperately needs.”

Well, Lisa has no comment – yet – about Cedric’s latest claims! But he will definitely be making an appearance later this season!

In other RHOBH news, unofficial Housewives Brandi and Dana Wilkey are giving their two cents on what it was like participating in a reality show!

As for adapting to life on TV, Brandi to confesses to the Huffington Post there were certainly some “low points” for all the cast members through the course of the show and she faults a lot of the erratic and unflattering behavior to long hours of filming mixed with lots of alcohol and little food!

Brandi also spoke out about LeAnn Rimes, the woman who first stole her husband and is now stealing her style! Brandi calls the alleged imitations “irritating.”

Since dating and subsequently marrying Eddie Cibiran, LeAnn has undergone a drastic weight loss, gotten breast implants, and started mimicking some of Brandi’s Twitter pics with those of her own (I’m sure you all remember the identical bikini poses!). LeAnn has even faced criticism for her weightloss from E! host Giuliana Rancic!

Well Brandi, who definitely isn’t one to hold her tongue, feels that LeAnne should give it up as being Brandi certainly wasn’t enough to sustain her marriage! “It obviously didn’t keep my ex-husband with me,” Brandi explains. “It didn’t work.”

“Oh, it’s irritating, yeah,” Brandi reveals. “[But] the kids love her. I’m happy that they love her,” she relents, taking the high road and admitting LeAnn is a good step-mom.

Dana also talked about how friend and co-star Taylor Armstrong is coping in response to the recent tragedy in her life. Dana admits: “She’s rebuilding. [She] will never be the same person again.”

She also confronts the rumor that Taylor may be dating Most Eligible Dallas star Matt Nordgren after numerous reports have spotted them together. “They’re just ‘silly stories,’” Dana insists!

A new episode of RHOBH airs tonight! The ninth episode titled ‘Otherwise Engaged’ Mohammed throws Pandora an over the top circus-themed engagement party, featuring camels, circus performers and snakes. But no Kim! Kim is a no-show since she is hiding her boyfriend, who according to IMDB, she has been dating for two-years! And Kyle has a tense dinner with Taylor and Russell who threaten legal action against Lisa for supposedly planting stories about them in the tabloids!

The new episode airs on Bravo at 9/8c and a preview clip is below! On tonight’s WWHL Halloween Spectacular the guests are Chris March, Gail Simmons, and Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida. I so can’t wait!

Kris Humphries Found Out About Kim Kardashian Divorce Through TMZ; Kim Releases Statement; Reasons For Divorce

Hours after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, TMZ is reporting her soon to be ex-hubby Kris Humphries found out about it this morning… the same time everyone else did. In fact other media outlets are reporting a “blindsided” Kris also found out the same way everyone else did… by reading TMZ. Wowzers.

Sources close to Kris, 26, reveal he did NOT want a divorce and was desperately trying to save his marriage to Kim, 31. Kris, who’s religious, is reportedly telling friends he and Kim discussed the possibility of divorce, but he believed they could work things out.

Kris is insisting he never cheated and is described as being “bummed” over the divorce filing. Once again, he did not find out about the divorce until this morning through TMZ.

As for the reasons for their divorce, TMZ is reporting the two simply couldn’t agree on their future together, mainly where they would be residing as husband and wife. Apparently Kris really wanted Kim to move to Minnesota with him and believed Kim was on board with the plan…. except she wasn’t. (Err isn’t this something you discuss, you know, BEFORE spending millions on a lavish wedding???).

Sources reveal Kim, who’s from L.A., wanted to remain close to her family. She also felt that staying put in Los Angeles was best for her “career.”

As for the million dollar question — why didn’t they discuss this before tying the knot? — sources tell TMZ the Keeping Up With The Kardashian stars got carried away in all the wedding hoopla and simply thought they would figure things out after the wedding.

The same sources also claim the split is amicable, citing Kris and Kimmie simply realized they were “not a long-term fit” and not a moment too soon folks! After all, they only raked in a mere $17 million from the wedding extravaganza! Something however tells us things will get nasty if the reports of Kris not finding out about the divorce until this morning are true.

As for Kimmie, she released the following statement moments ago: “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”

Moments after Kim released her statement, Kris released his statement: “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce … I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”

Unfortunately for Kimmie, this actually marks her second divorce. See Kim eloped with Damon Thomas back in January 2000, much to her parents dismay. She was 19 at the time, and Damon was 29. Kim has alleged Damon physically abused her during their marriage. Damon filed for divorce in 2003.

And to all the legal experts out there, wouldn’t it make for sense for Kimmie to annul the marriage rather than file for divorce? But then again, an annulment doesn’t carry the same media sensation as a Divorce! And I ask once again, what happened to trying to work things out? You know, therapy, counseling, etc. So much for the so called ‘sanctity of marriage.’

I do believe this latest stunt will mark the beginning of the end for the Kardashians. The public doesn’t like to be made a fool out of, and quite frankly, pocketing $17 million from a wedding that only lasted 72 days is doing just that. Paris Hilton faded away following her over exposure from going to jail for a DUI. Heidi and Spencer faded away following their over exposure from a fake divorce and an even faker sex tape. Kimmie will suffer the same fate following the over exposure from not only her fake wedding but also her quickie divorce. I predict there will be A TON of public backlash, both from the media and the public. And once the media starts turning on you… that usually marks the end of your career. I don’t think she will recover from this.

Interestingly, Psychotherapist, Relationship Expert, and HLN contributor Stacy Kaiser revealed five reasons she wasn’t surprised Kim’s marriage failed based on what she saw on the E! wedding special. Stacy revealed the five reasons below via her Twitter page -

#1 Kim listened to her mother over her man. You need to make your husband a priority.

#2 Kris was already trying to punish her by growing a mustache and hanging with friends.

#3 Her sisters both didn’t support the relationship- close family discord hurts marriage.

#4 Kim and Kris both showed lack of respect to each other – Respect is part of foundation.

#5 Newlyweds need time to connect. Kim’s too busy working & promoting instead of wife-ing.

All very valid points. And a look at Kimmie’s twitter page shows the she made her last tweet this morning when she wrote: “Our store #KardashianKhaos is opening tomorrow at 9am at @TheMirageLV We are so excited!! Kardashian Khaos has arrived!” She wrote that knowing she was filing for divorce today and knowing pretty much everyone would be visiting her twitter page to see her response. Let that sink in for a minute…

Basketball Wives LA’s Gloria Govan Talks Split From Fiance Matt Barnes, Plus Matt Dating Eva Longoria?

Once again, there is trouble in paradise for one of the ladies of Basketball Wives LA.

Last week, Lakers player Matt Barnes announced his split from fiance Gloria Govan. The couple’s highs and lows have been well documented off the VH1 show, and prior to breaking up, the pair had postponed their wedding indefinitely. In a new interview with VH1, Gloria eats some humble pie opens up about her thoughts on the split and her outlook on the future.

When asked to discuss what led to the split, Gloria explains: “It hasn’t been an easy ride moving across the country twice, having kids at 21 when I just graduated college, it hasn’t been easy. And now Matt has the lockout, so everything has been stressful with the breakup, the lockout, everything, it’s been a whirlwind. But we’re still friends and we’re still working things out and I wish him nothing but the best.”

She adds, “Matt and I do have kids and we’re trying to be as cordial as we can right now and we’ll be in each other’s lives forever, but as relationships go, we have our ups and downs.”

As to whether Gloria wants to “sow [her] oats and date other people,” Gloria says that she couldn’t even if that is what she wanted to do. She clarifies, “I think that’s a lot of people’s assumption, that oh, she wants to f— around and f— everything because he did and it’s like NO… I’m just going to take this opportunity to take a step back and reevaluate where I wanna go in life. And I think I have a long way to go to make my mark in feature films and in my community, but I’m happy. I’m happy with where I am now.” Um, feature films? Perhaps she should get in touch with Eric Williams…

Her sister Laura Govan doesn’t think it’s the end for the couple, and Gloria admits, “My whole family is rooting for that man. I swear. They would pick him over me. I’ve learned my lesson, never say never and I think anything is possible, but right now I’m taking my time to grow as an individual. Not only for myself but for my family. We’ll see. I’m not going to say never, I’m optimistic, but for now…we’re going our separate ways.”

So does Gloria feel like she and Matt could make it work in the future? Gloria says, “Anything is possible but am I looking at them like ‘Yay, we can get back together because Laura and Gilbert have fluctuated so much and they are back together?’ No. I look up to my sister, I think she’s a very strong person but in terms of relationship, I’m walking to my own drum here.”

That’s probably a good attitude to have, as word on the street (and in the New York Post) is that Matt is already moving on…perhaps with actual feature film actress and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria.

The Post is reporting that Barnes was spotted in New York City a few days ago dining with the starlet at Il Mulino in Greenwich Village. The pair was joined by two of Longoria’s friends. While pals say Eva is still very much dating Penelope Cruz’s brother Eduardo, sources at the restaurant reveal, “There was definitely a spark between Eva and Matt. They weren’t seated next to each other, but you could tell there was something between them. There was a little hand-holding over the table and a lot of eye contact.” Hand-holding, eh? Sounds serious!

Eva’s rep (finally, a star that should actually have one!) attempts to squash romance rumors, telling the magazine, “Eva and Matt are friends and are working together doing charity work for Eva’s Padres Contra El Cáncer. She was at the dinner amongst her other friends.”

However, this isn’t the first time the duo has been spotted together. In fact, Matt partied with Eva and comedian George Lopez on October 16 at Club Nikki in Las Vegas. Eva even featured a picture of the crew on her twitter page. That photo is below. Vegas and NYC in the last two weeks? It seems like this lockout has turned Matty into quite the jet-setter!

More Details About Real World Tonya Cooley’s Rape Lawsuit Against MTV, Producers Calls Her Claims “Baseless”

Days after it was reported that Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins alum Tonya Cooley filed a lawsuit against MTV and Bunim/Murray Productions, the production company is responding and dismissing her claims completely.

Tonya alleges that her fellow The Ruins cast mates Kenny Santucci and Evan Starkman “took another male participant’s toothbrush and rubbed the toothbrush around plaintiff’s genitals, including rubbing her labia and inserting the toothbrush into plaintiff’s vagina.”

Tonya claims she was passed out at the time of incident but MTV cameras captured the “rape” and did nothing to stop it – nor was she told about what happened. She reports that the following morning she found “lacerations and rash-like abrasions on her labia,” and had no idea how they got there. Later she learned that both the camera crews and other cast mates had witnessed the assault.

On the day of incident in question, Tonya’s complaint asserts that on a non-competition day MTV provided the cast members with copious amounts of alcohol before noon and offered limited food, resulting in her becoming “very intoxicated.” She also alleges that on that same day another male co-star “forcibly removed” her bikini top while the group was hanging out at the pool, which prompted her to retire to the cast’s accommodations where she “passed out on the floor.” It was during this time that the alleged rape occurred, according to Tonya’s suit.

Prior to the incident Tonya states she complained about the treatment she and other female cast members received at the hands of male counterparts and both MTV and Bunim/Murray told her to “just deal with it.”

The Reality Blurred blog also pointed out that Tonya’s lawsuit reveals she actually filed a complaint on May 7, 2010 with California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing, before filing this lawsuit last week. Some had wondered why Tonya waited so long since the alleged incident occurred in late 2009, and this proves she didn’t. In the original complaint, Tonya alleged “unlawful termination, harassment, failure to prevent discrimination or retaliation, retaliation and sexual assault.” It appears she tried to resolve her complaint with MTV before going the lawsuit route.

Well, a rep for Bunim/Murray is, of course, denying any culpability on the producer’s part, claiming “a thorough investigation” was conducted and that investigation “found Tonya Cooley’s claims to be completely baseless.” MTV has yet to respond do the accusations, stating they do not have a “comment” on the lawsuit. I see they take sexually assault allegations very seriously…

So seriously, in fact, that both Kenny and Evan appeared on Challenge: The Rivals, which aired this summer.

Kim Kardashian Files For Divorce From Kris Humphries 2 Months After Wedding

UPDATE - It’s official. Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce, confirms TMZ.

In news that can only be described as O.M.G, TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian will file for divorce today… an entire 72 days after marrying NBA star Kris Humphries.

According to TMZ, Kim will be filing for divorce, instead of an annulment, even though the marriage was extremely short. Kim will reportedly cite “irreconcilable differences.”

The date of separation on the divorce filing will be listed as today October 31, 2011.

Even more shocking, Kim has already hired divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who has represented celebs with talent such as Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, and Ryan Reynolds.

As reported back in August, Kim’s momager Kris Jenner made certain the couple got a prenup. Meanwhile, it appears the joke’s on us, the public, as reports have stated Kim raked in over $17 million from the very lavish wedding.

Immediately following the August 20 nuptials, the tabloids started reporting there was trouble in paradise. It all seemed like just rumors until recent weeks when more reputable media outlets such as UsWeekly and PEOPLE magazine also reported Kim, 31, and Kris, 26, were indeed having marital problems. And just days ago, a bombshell report came out stating Kimmie and E! were shopping around for other NBA players she could date before she met Kris, while Kris has been caught flirting with other women.

Kim hosted a Halloween party this weekend solo, though she played down reports of marital issues telling PEOPLE: “Something I really prepared Kris for [was] to let him know that no matter what we do, there’s going to be rumors… It used to really upset me and now I don’t even think about it.”

For the time being, it appears Kim is getting ready to go out of the country, visiting Australia for a promotional appearance. Good thing as the public backlash ain’t gonna be pretty. But really, what happened to trying to work things out? 72 days????? Wow.
