Ladies, just when you thought you could quit The Bachelor after the mess that was the Ben Flajnik season, ABC throws this in: hottie Roberto Martinez is up for consideration for an upcoming season!

Roberto, who broke up with Ali Fetodowsky after being engaged to her for about two years is “definitely being considered” but a source tells People magazine that before you get too excited, they also want to see who Emily dumps on this season of The Bachelorette. But there’s no doubt a Roberto season would be a hit. “Obviously there’s a lot about Roberto that is appealing.”

Also in consideration for Bachelor franchise recycling are Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik, who producers want to bring back for Bachelor Pad because, duh. A source tells Wetpaint the show tried to win them over: “The producers worked them really hard. They knew getting Ben and Courtney would add a huge dose of sex appeal and controversy to the show.” Perhaps by sex appeal, they mean hair grease?

In any case, Ben and Courtney insist that they will not do the show, since they were quite unhappy with how they were portrayed on The Bachelor, which I believe, considering the info that leaked out from backstage accounts at the reunion filming. Ben in particular seemed to be totally over it. Another source tells Wetpaint they’d never do it, “Neither one of them wanted to take the risk they’d get the same treatment on Bachelor Pad. No amount of money was worth it to them.” and both of them tweeted confirmations to Wetpaint’s piece.

While I want to believe we won’t see these two again, and I believe it with Ben, I’m not so sure with Courtney. I bet she’ll be back.

Finally, a bit of funny for your end of the week! Jennifer Aniston appeared in this Bachelor spoof on Ben Stiller’s web show, Burning Love. It’s cool to see the light side of Jen, for once. Check out the clip on Radar.
