Remember Season 1 of Real Housewives of New Jersey? When all was sweet and innocent. Ok, no I don't remember that either, but we can pretend!
Way back when, the ladies seemed just a tacky hotmess of over-spending, leopard print, and polyester. Little did we know, little did we know…
With T -3 Days to go until the premiere, today we celebrate the origins of species, and by that I mean the beginnings of an era known as New Jersey Housewives. Behold their evolution…

Wow they… look, so normalish. Caroline Manzo looks like a real soccer mom. Does she live in my neighborhood? Nah – the houses aren't marble encrusted enough!

In season 2 things started to get… sparklier. Grandma Wrinkles left us, errrr… I mean Dina "Pier One Zenports" Manzo left us and we temporarily gained Kim G. Who just wasn't around nearly long enough. Why, Kim G, why?!
And then season 3 happened. Danielle Staub, bless her crazy overly engaged sex tapin' heart, disappeared and onto the scene appeared Melissa Gorga and Kathy Wakile! Even they have have undergone some drastic transformations.
Let's do some up and close and personal analysis of these ladies!
Awww… look at our girl all grown up and hawking cookbooks and stuff! I have to say out of all the ladies Teresa is the least altered looking! Sure, the makeup is a little
tragically bad amateur drag queen overdone now, but all in all she looks shockingly the same amount of tacky. #HeadTiltsForever

Talk about transformed! Caroline went from frump to a much, softer look. I have to say I appreciate that Caroline is a lady who doesn't shy away from her age and try to "overly-preserve" with the plastic surgery! Iff only she'd admit to that tummy tucky…

Oh Wackin' Jacqueline – my, my how the 'tox has taken you. Jacqueline was such a pretty lady until fillers, injectibles, and
booze lord knows what took over her face and rendered it frozen and puffy. In season one, if you can believe it, her face actually moved! Dang – things really have changed.

There's been a lot of speculation that Melissa has had a whole host of plastic surgery. Looking at the S3 vs. now Melissa I would say the chin has been refined and the nose lessened. Let's just say Melissa has fully embraced this whole concept of being 'On Display'!

Well we know Wallpaper looks different – hello nose job! Overall Kathy hasn't changed much – a lot more makeup, less Jersified hair, but she still looks pretty down to earth and normal. If only she'd get a stylist…
