Nightclub And Bar Convention

Last month Vicki Gunvalson was being sued for fraud by her business partner for Vicki's Vodka. According to the suit filed by Robert Williamson III. He claimed Vicki gifted 16% of the company to Brooks Ayers, who then sold that percentage back to him all while Vicki was claiming she and Robert were still 50-50 partners in the business.

Robert also alleged that Vicki was refusing to promote the company according to their agreement and was not living up to contractual obligations. Vicki denied all the accusations, called the suit frivolous, and threatened to counter sue. And then she dumped Brooks

Well the Real Housewives of Orange County star is in luck because Robert has just dropped his suit "with prejudice" (meaning he cannot file again). "Plaintiff Robert Williamson filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of his case against Vicki," LA LATE reports. Robert filed the dismissal less than sixty days after filing the initial complaint.

Interestingly Vicki was never actually served with papers related to the lawsuit. "No proof of service upon Gunvalson was ever lodged with the court." Brooks was served on July 3rd. And the case against Brooks has not been dismissed! Dang… and without Vicki's money to pay for this he's really screwed.

About the case Vicki was adamant she had done nothing wrong. "The allegations against us are totally unfounded, as we will prove in court if necessary. Thank you for your continued support. When life hands you a bunch of lemons… make lemonade!”

Tonight Vicki deals with more allegations she deems unjust! The ladies continue their insane trip to Whistler where they are one step away from throwing each other off a mountain. Poor Lydia got her first taste of Housewives trips… and it's a bitter pill to swallow.

Reality Tea will be live-tweeting the episode and openly expressing our shock and disgust. Please make sure to join us!
