Before her last romantic relationship (I’m trying to prevent certain people from being relevant by not mentioning them), the OG of the OC Vicki Gunvalson was best known for
bragging talking about her insurance business, how hard she works, and how she’s bringing in a lot of money. Aside from whooping it up, Vicki was all about her business when it came to conversation topics. Vicki has to be shocked and upset to find out one of her own employees stole thousands of dollars from her business.
Obviously, anyone would be upset about that, but someone who is so focused on her business and takes so much pride in her success has to feel especially hurt and vulnerable in response to this situation. “Poor Vicki” is not a phrase that I use pretty often, but you have to admit that there is always some sort of controversy going on with her. It’s no wonder why she’s the only original cast member remaining on The Real Housewives of Orange County: the drama never stops.

According to TMZ, Vicki “caught an employee red-handed stealing thousands of dollars” and reported the incident to the cops. She noticed some suspicious numbers in the books – and she did her own investigation to realize that it was an employee who had only been working for her for two months.
Specifically, Vicki suspects that this guy embezzled commissions from sales to his personal bank account and stole clients from Vicki’s son Michael Wolfsmith, who’s a VP at Coto Insurance.

It seems like Vicki has a good handle on this situation and that she caught this guy soon enough to prevent even further damage to her business.
I’m wondering if this incident will make the show. I mean, it would definitely make Vicki look more sympathetic than she has been the past few seasons. I hate saying that, but it’s true. She’s indisputably the victim here and no one can fault her for being upset about this one.
