Their offenses? They were both arrested for DUIs in 2010 on separate occasions. A spokeswoman for the Florida State Attorney’s Office tells E! News that the younger Patton, Marysol — a Miami-based publicist, was arrested in January 2010 on suspicion of drunken driving.
Marysol ultimately struck a deal with prosecutors, which had her pleading no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving to avoid jail time. She was fined $1,000 plus $581 in court costs.
As for Mama Patton, who might or might not have had many injectables to the face, she was busted for her DUI last October. E! states the 76-year-old’s arrest details are scarce, as the case ended up being dismissed on Dec. 6 when her arresting officer failed to show up to court to testify.
Oh yeah, the Real Housewives of Miami premieres February 22 on Bravo at 10/9c.
A day after the shocking report by the Hollywood Reporter (a very reputable media outlet) revealed the Kardashian clan earned an astonishing $65 million in 2010, we now have more details on just how the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family earned that amount.
We reported yesterday that Kim charges as much as $25,000 to tweet about a product or company, while commanding a personal appearance fee of $100,000 to $250,000 per event, and demanding up to $1 million internationally. Below are more detailed earnings of the Kardashians –
– The family splits a six-figure paycheck per E! episode. However, while the show might provide a steady paycheck, it serves a larger purpose of being a marketing platform for their endorsements and best-selling products, which include book, fragrance and clothing lines. Example, “Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami,” focused on the opening of a Florida outpost of their clothing store, Dash.
– Kim is rumored to have signed a seven-figure deal with a Las Vegas club owner for a handful of 2011 appearances. (Kris will not confirm.) “Kim sells,” a nightlife source says. Kim, who now has over 6 million followers on twitter tells THR, “I have a blog that has 40 million hits a month.”
– Kourtney sold her 2009 pregnancy news to Life & Style magazine for a cool $300,000! The deal included multiple stories: the pregnancy announcement, sex of the baby, birth announcement, first baby photos and body-after-baby reveal. (Life & Style declined comment.)
– Khloé and husband Lamar Odom scored close to $300,000 from OK! magazine for their wedding photos. Kris had everything from the Lehr & Black custom invitations to Khloé’s 9-carat engagement ring “donated” for the wedding, promising the vendors massive product promotion that would come from the media circus surrounding the wedding. In the event that an item wasn’t gifted, E!, it is believed, picked up the tab (E! declined comment).
– Certain paparazzi agencies have agreements with the family to stage photos, sell them and split the profits. Example – Kourtney and Scott Disick recently earned $7,500 for an afternoon laying poolside in Cancun.
– The Kardashian Kard, a prepaid credit card the sisters launched in November, gave them $3 for every card activated or sold, 25 percent of fees, a $75,000 advance on royalties and a $37,000 signing bonus. However, Kris quietly terminated the agreement when then-Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal complained the card had hidden predatory fees. The card’s issuer is now suing the family for $75 million.
To round up the interview with THR, Momager/PimpKris Jennerreveals the family has no plans of slowing down. “My fantasy is to have ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians,‘ season 26,” Kris, 55, tells THR. “Who knew it would be this profitable? I should have had more kids.“
And believe it or not, Kris reveals she worries about overexposing the family. “We definitely worry about overexposure. We never want to get to a place where people are thinking, ‘Enough is enough.’ ” We take it Kris does not read “the blogs”
So teens, the moral of this story is to stay in school, and with hard work, you too can build a $65 million fortune. Oh, who are we kidding? Feel free to purchase a camcorder, find yourself a D-list singer and have at it! We kid, we kid… we think. Though we do have to wonder if going public with a story like this is good PR for the family, which has started to receive major backlash and criticism from the public in recent weeks.
TELL US – ARE YOU SHOCKED BY THE AMOUNT THE KARDASHIANS EARNED & HOW THEY EARNED IT? HOW DO YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT A FAMILY “WITH NO TALENT” EARNING SUCH A FORTUNE?
The Hillsalum Kristin Cavallarifinally comes clean on what we all suspected, which is that the MTV hit show was indeed very scripted.
In a bombshell interview with Fancast, Kristin, 24, not only admits that the Hills was fake, but she also sheds some light on how the producers of the show manipulated the cast and story lines. Kristin even admits that the producers’ manipulations started during her high school Laguna Beach days. She also gives her honest opinion on Lauren Conrad’saxed reality show.
Now that it’s over, can you reveal how much of the final season of “The Hills” was scripted? Almost all of it. I think I can say that by now. I guess no one can get mad at me anymore.
You were not always portrayed in the most positive light on “The Hills.” You were supposedly partying too hard and using drugs. Are you concerned that damaged your reputation? They told me they weren’t going to do any of that stuff. Basically, all that was to get ratings. I was on the cover of UsWeekly saying I need to go to rehab and that my parents wanted me to go to rehab. Both of my parents were like, “Oh, really? Why don’t they call me.” It said that I wasn’t showering. It was so unbelievable. It came and went because obviously I didn’t have a problem whatsoever. But that really pissed me off because MTV did that and there was one producer in particular who was behind all that. So that was really, really hard actually. That was one of the hardest things I ever had to go through. I’m so over it by now. But everything else, I was a willing participant. I didn’t hang out with those people. I had all my friends that were never filmed. It was work three days a week. We’d go to work, do three scenes a day, change, do another scene, and then you leave and you have your other life, your private life.
What do you think about Lauren Conrad’s new reality show being shelved for being too high brow or dull for MTV? I didn’t know that was the reason why. I think right now MTV has “Jersey Shore” and “Skins” which are very controversial. Lauren’s a very nice girl. She’s very sweet, but that’s not always entertaining.
It seems like almost everyone who was on “Laguna Beach” had the course of their life altered. You, L.C. and Lo are reality stars. Some others have unfortunately struggled with substance abuse problems. Do you think it was, on the whole, worth it for all you to grow up in front of America? I don’t regret anything I’ve done. It’s been hard. I was fifteen years old when “Laguna Beach” came in. I think it was really unfair how they messed with our lives like that. We were so young. We didn’t know exactly what they were doing. Watching the show really broke my heart. [When] the first episode of “Laguna Beach” [aired], I locked myself in the bathroom and was crying for hours because I was so upset about how they were portraying me. But that’s why going into “The Hills,” I knew exactly what I was getting into. I wasn’t going to let them mess with me. That’s why I went into it saying, “Whatever you guys want me to do, I’ll do. Don’t mess with me. I’ll be a participant.” They’re very shady with you. And that’s what they did when we were doing “Laguna Beach” and we were so young to be doing that. So it’s just how my life has gone. It’s the path that I’ve chosen. It’s all been worth it.
Can you give me an example of the producers being shady? The first season of “The Hills” they had Justin and I dating on the show. Justin wouldn’t want to come film sometimes because he didn’t think that I really liked him. So the producers would have me text him, “No Justin, I really want you to come.” But I was game for it. Stephen [Coletti] was my boyfriend on “Laguna Beach.” They would be, like [to him], “We just want to get you coming up to Lauren’s house, but we’re not going to make it seem like you guys are dating.” They’d have him bring her flowers. All that stuff.
And today, Kristin is currently guest starring on ABC’s hit comedy “The Middle” (Wednesday, 8/7c) and also venturing into producing reality shows.

A new report by Life & Style magazine today is now confirming that Jennifer Williams will indeed be filing for a divorce.
According to the magazine, things are officially over between the Basketball Wives star and her husband of 3 years, former NBA player Eric Williams. The short marriage between the couple had been plagued with numerous cheating allegations and a possible love child.
“I plan on filing for divorce in the next couple of weeks. It’s a new year and I just want to put this behind me,” Jennifer tells Life & Style. “He doesn’t know exactly when I’m going to do it. He’s just waiting for me to pull the trigger.”
Jennifer adds that it was never her intention to give up on the marriage despite Eric admitting to cheating with other women. “I really wanted it to work and believed he would change. This whole lifestyle is dysfunctional; it’s not a typical marriage. The bad just started to outweigh the good,” says Jennifer, also addressing the reports that came out last summer that Eric had a love child. “I wasn’t distraught about it, but I really felt bad for the child.”
So what are Jennifer’s plans following the divorce? “I just want to live comfortably and move on, get it over with,” she said. “I definitely will not put up with this type of behavior ever again!” Photos of Jen and Eric in happier times below.
In fact, a recent post by TheDirty website alleges Taylor and her husband Russell Armstrong might be scammers. According to an email sent in by a reader, Taylor, who’s birth name is Shana Hughes, changed her name to Taylor Ford before she married Russell and even pretended to be from the Ford Motor Company family, wanting others to believe she came from money.
The reader states she and her husband met Taylor and Russell back in 2004 and the four decided to do dinner at the Prime 112 restaurant in South Beach. Russell was allegedly trying to get the couple to invest in one of his businesses and brought along Taylor, whom he claimed was from the Ford Motor family.
The reader adds that Taylor was aloof, rude and condescending during the dinner. She “seemed more like white-trash dressed in Gucci than a trust-fund person,” adds the reader.
And in another post on the RealFauxHousewives website, the same reader revealed Taylor got drunk that night and proceeded to have an inappropriate make-out session with Russell in the back of their Mercedes (the four drove together to South Beach.) It gets even better as the two then left to use the bathroom but never came back leaving the reader and her husband with a huge bill (mostly from all the drinks they ordered). The reader and her husband tried to call Russell repeatedly that night but he wouldn’t return their calls until the next day.
Meanwhile, the Starcasm website reports that Russell is a convicted felon. In 1995, the IRS charged him with evasion of assessment, and in 1997, he pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to five years of probation plus community service.
Starcasm also reports that in 2001, Russell was sued by a woman who claimed he sold her $175,000 worth of bad stock. The two reached a settlement though the lady ended up taking Russell back to court after he failed to make payments. Russell was named in another securities fraud lawsuit in 2003.
TMZ reported last October that he filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2005, citing he had less than $50,000 in assets and debt between 1 and 10 million bucks. Russell was also involved in a “costly” palimony lawsuit filed by a former fianceé. Russell has however managed to stay out of civil suits or governmental prosecution since 2003.
Meanwhile, a bonus clip released by Bravo only seems to further prove that Taylor is indeed a social climbing phony.
If you recall, Taylor mentioned several times on the show that Adrienne Maloof was the godmother of her daughter Kennedy. This left many viewers puzzled as Taylor and Adrienne did not appear to be close on the show, at all.
Well in the video clip below, Adrienne denies being Kennedy’s godmother when asked by Andy Cohenat the reunion show. Even more interesting is Adrienne’s, who has a hard time hiding her true feelings, reaction to the question as she appears visibly irritated.

TheDirty website published some photos of the 16-year-oldReal Housewives of New York City teen today. As you can see (some more photos are posted below), the pictures show Victoria smoking and drinking.
According to the source who first emailed us these photos and more last week, some of them were taken at Victoria’s boarding school with some others taken during a Summer vacation in the Hamptons. The source also told us there were videos to go along with the photos.
The insider tells TheDirty blog that Victoria is a “mess” who “wasn’t against hooking up with a girl if she was drunk enough.” Here’s to hoping LuAnn can step in and help her daughter get back on the right path.
These new leaked photos are in addition to the youtube video that leaked almost 2 weeks ago showing Victoria rolling up a joint and using the N-word, something LuAnn called “unacceptable.”
