Is it even Father’s Day, if it’s not documented on social media? Apparently not if you’re a reality TV star.
Love & Hip Hop Hollywood
Your favorite (and least favorite) reality TV stars were all about the family time this week with their Instagram posts.
Beverly Hills Housewife Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky took their daughter Sophia Umansky to explore Washington, D.C. before she goes off to college. Kylie Jenner and her newborn daughter Stormi Webster enjoyed a vacation. Teen Mom’s Farrah Abraham vacationed in Fiji with her daughter Sophia Abraham. Jenelle Evans’ sons went fishing with her husband David Eason. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga celebrated her son Joey’s birthday with her husband Joe Gorga and their other children. Fredrik Eklund celebrated his birthday with husband Derek Kaplan and their twin babies. Scott Disick shared a photo with his oldest son Mason Disick.
I would give anything to witness the Housewives crossover that went down when Teresa Giudice, Carole Radziwill, and Brandi Glanville all took part in the same promotional event. Obviously, they all looked amazing, but I would love to know what they chatted about in between working. It seems like such a random grouping of people that I cannot help being interested in and entertained by.
Speaking of Teresa Giuidice, one of her most formidable opponents, Kim DePaola, the eternally infamous Kim D, hung out with Teresa’s estranged cousin Kathy Wakile… and made sure to photograph it, of course. When were these two ever friends? I can’t imagine Kathy wanted anything to do with Kim D when she orchestrated the Strippergate shenanigans back in the day. I imagine they got together to talk shit about Teresa and Melissa Gorga….or maybe I’m just getting dramatic and they just wanted to cause a stir by posing together for a social media post. If that’s the case, then mission accomplished. If they actually are legitimately friends with no ulterior motives, then color me shocked.
There is just so much reality TV action to keep up with, from the shows themselves, to the latest headlines in between seasons, and then there are all of the social media posts. No need to worry about keeping up with the Instagram posts though. This week’s Instagram Roundup has you covered with all of the best, weirdest, and most interesting reality TV star photos from the week.
There were plenty of family friendly photos this week. Southern Charm star Cameran Eubanks shared a very real photo with her daughter Palmer. Bachelor couple Sean Lowe and (pregnant) Catherine Giudici Lowe posed for an adorable pic with their son Samuel. Dancing With the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovsky hung out with his dog and his son Shai. Janelle Evans shared a photo of husband David Eason with their family. Princess Love showed off her baby bump at the six month mark of her pregnancy.
Your favorite Reality TV stars celebrated 2018 in style and documented their good times on social media, of course. They shared photos with their significant others, children, and friends on New Year’s Eve.
The most shocking post by far was from Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent who finally posted a photo with her longtime boyfriend Randall Emmett, after over a year of speculation about their relationship. Then again, the news became officially official when that video leaked of them making out at a party, his divorce is actually finalized, and there’s really no reason to keep the romance under wraps at this point. It was just pretty surprising considering how private the two have been in the past.
R&B semi-bad boy Ray J, who also stars on the VH1 hit reality series, “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood,” got engaged to co-star and longtime lady love, Princess Love. The pair seemingly had a kind of dress rehearsal engagement on the final episode of the show. In actuality however, Ray reportedly popped the question again and with more flair on Boxing Day last month, while down on one knee and in front of a private jet before they were scheduled to take off.
The romantic engagement was completely planned by Ray J, who wanted to orchestrate a memorable and romantic event Princess would never forget. The crooner called his girl’s closest friends, as well as her parents to meet him at a heliport the day after Christmas. When the group arrived on the scene, Ray J asked them to hide on the jet, then surprise Princess once the romantic deed was over. According to the news outlet, Princess claims, she cried like a baby when Ray J presented her with a huge riveting yellow teardrop cut diamond framed by two rows of smaller ones.
Is it just me, or are any of you impressed that no one was seriously injured during last night’s final installment of the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood reunion? After that crazy brawl that occurred when Moniece jumped Brandi for questioning her parental skills, Nina has the women sitting calmly back on the sofa…although Moniece is twitching and Brandi claims to just be so passionate about motherhood (hers, she’s not judging anyone else…yeah, right!) that she’s shaking from wig to feather. Moniece’s mother interrupts to say that while she doesn’t condone her daughter’s actions, she has to protect her child. When questioned about whether she wants to clear up any issues, Moniece is radio silent.
Jason Lee and Hazel-E’s beef is highlighted, and Hazel won’t let Jason get a word in, but Ray-J pontificates that everyone needs redemption on the reunion. Jason blabbers off an insincere apology for tossing a drink in Hazel’s face, but Hazel reminds Nina that he was profiting off the incident with a t-shirt slogan the day the episode aired. Brandi inserts herself yet again because she’s such a champion for Jesus, and Ray wants to know what would Jesus do. Really Ray?

Is it possible that I’ve already forgotten half of the story lines from this season’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood? Thanks goodness that last night’s first reunion installment brought me back up to speed! This time around, Nina Parker is tasked with keeping the cast in check, stirring the pot, rehashing the drama, and getting the heck out of the way when the inevitable messiness begins. She introduces the cast (there are some folks that maybe lasted an episode), and Hazel-E is in desperate need of a bra. Brandi missed the memo that this wasn’t a costume party, so she’s dressed as a fancy ostrich. Nina explains that Omarion and Apryl Jones were not able to join their co-stars because
they have way more sense than this crew Omarion needs to focus on his music.
Princess and Ray-J’s turbulent romance is the first story line to be recapped. Ray admits he’s made a lot of mistakes, and Princess is happy to share that the charges against her have been dropped after that whole “Ray-J let me get arrested” fiasco. She reveals that the pair is engaged after Ray popped the question on the finale. Teairra Mari interjects that Ray has TMZ on speed dial, so it’s the perfect segue into Teairra’s two-faced ways with the couple. Teairra takes offense to Ray’s accusation that she was only interfering to get him back in her bed. She calls him a liar, but she fails to come up with another logical reason for inserting herself into their relationship.
