Case in point? Rosie has been tapped to co-host the red carpet pre-show for the American Music Awards with none other than Lance Bass on November 24th. At last week's nominations ceremony, Rosie put in her two cents about the mounting legal woes faced by Teresa Giudice and husband (and Rosie sidekick) Juicy.
This has been a wild, sometimes repetitive, and completely drama-filled season for the Housewives. We've seen (or at least read about) touching moments, cheating rumors, friendship rekindling, and epic brawls (but sadly only heard second hand accounts of flying sinks). We've also had a lot of off-screen drama, with the most scandalous being Teresa and Joe'sfederal indictment and the civil lawsuit brought on by the Posche 2 fight and topped off with a little book controversy.
What will season 6 bring? Andy Cohen admits that the show needs an overhaul, but who knows what that means in Andy's world. Well, let's get through season 5 first and then we'll tackle season six and all of its casting rumors!
Dina left the show because she felt it became too negative. Now with the network looking to revamp and get away from all the fighting and animosity, Dina is claiming she's been offered a spot on the show! “I have been offered, I can say that. I'm considering it,” Dina revealed to In Touch Weekly.
In her Bravo blog this week, Caroline dishes on just how over she is of the bitter battle of the sister-in-laws and once again (enough already!) clarifies her comments about a cheating Al. I know she annoys the sanity out of most folks, but you have to admit, she's usually right. I personally don't think Caroline perceives herself as the matriarch or the all-knowing, I just think she's the only woman on RHONJ with one iota of common sense.
The reality TV viewer numbers for Sunday and Monday are in – and it's good news all around. Nearly all the shows saw an increase in viewership this week.
On Sunday, the season finale of Hollywood Exes garnered 723,000 viewers, which was up from last week's 581,000. Season two started strong, premiering to 1.7 million, but quickly declined. The season average was 826,583 viewers.
Teresa hopped on her blog this week to talk family healing (I want to gouge my eyes out every time I see that phrase this season) and to call out co-stars Caroline Manzo and Kathy Wakile on things they said. She also dishes on her new dessert and coffee line and reiterates that things are great with her family right now.
First, Teresa professes her love for the least worst reunion of all time. And also declares crazy table flipper Teresa as a thing of the past. "Of all the Reunions I've ever been to, this one was the best. I know that's like saying something is the best worst, because the Reunions are never fun. They are brutal, long, and everyone ends up frazzled. But compared to other years, I guess what I'm most proud of is how I didn't let other people upset me. That old table-flipping Teresa is long gone. I've learned a lot by watching myself on television, and I hope I've changed for the better. We're all works in progress and we'll all keep growing."
If you never thought the day would come when Melissa Gorga dropped the victim act; well you're wrong!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star took to twitter to admit that maybe, just maybe the nonsense with Teresa Giudice is so over. Oh yeah – and that possibly she also has something to do with the problems in their relationship. I kid you not – THIS REALLY HAPPENED!
Melissa Gorga's new modus operandi seems to be a different day, a different recollection, a different excuse! Recently her book Love Italian Style came under fire for promoting some not so fabulous advice.
Melissa sat down with Vh1's The Buzz to discuss the show and her latest attempt to get attention book;claiming she wanted "controversy" to get people talking about the book. Likening herself to Miley Cyrus, Melissa brags, "She wanted controversy, her plan worked!" So, is that stuff what Melissa actually does in her marriage or she just wanted to sell books? Just. stop. tawking.
