We always knew she was a star. Now the third daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice may be following in her parents’ footsteps.
On May 14, Milania Giudice was arrested in New Jersey and charged with simple assault. Unfortunately, despite the show currently filming Season 15, the incident wasn’t caught on camera.

In May, Teresa and Joe Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter Milania was arrested in Montville Township. She was charged with domestic assault and causing bodily injury to another person. The family has yet to make any public comment.
“The victim was allegedly inside the home, away from production,” an insider told Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice. “None of it happened in front of the cameras.”
Following a lengthy pause and a cast reboot, RHONJ is currently filming Season 15. Though the incident wasn’t filmed, apparently there were several witnesses willing to talk about it.
“Production didn’t get the incident, but they’re certainly talking about it now,” a source shared. “The timing couldn’t be more dramatic.”
Meanwhile, network executives must be happy to see the long-running franchise back in the headlines after the long hiatus. “It’s a serious situation for the family,” an insider confessed. “But from a television standpoint, people are paying attention again. Teresa remains the center of gravity for this show.”
A decade ago, fans watched as Joe and Teresa were allowed to stagger their prison sentences in order to care for their young children. Teresa served 11 months in 2015 for bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. After his wife returned, Joe went “away to camp” for 41 months. Following his 2019 release, Joe was deported to Italy, since he’d never bothered to become an American citizen. He now lives in the Bahamas.
“Love her or hate her, whenever something happens involving Teresa, everyone starts talking about New Jersey again,” a source shared. “She always ends up becoming the story.”
