Alexis Neiers

Another day, another Pretty Wild star checking into rehab.

The latest is 20-year-old Tess Taylor, who TMZ is reporting has checked into rehab just a month after her younger sister Alexis Neiers was sentenced to spend one year in a live-in drug treatment program for heroin possession.

Tess’s enabler mother, Andrea Arlington, tells TMZ, “Approximately two weeks ago after a lot of coaxing from sister Alexis Neiers and myself, and after almost losing her life, Tess Taylor contacted Greg Hannley, owner of the SOBA Recovery center in Malibu and asked for help.”

Andrea adds that Tess weighed a mere 93 pounds at the time she decided to seek help for her Opiate addiction. Opiates include Oxycodone, Methadone and Heroin.

Tess is reportedly planing to stay at the rehab center for 12 months. Safe to say we will not be getting a second season of Pretty Wild anytime soon on the E! network.

TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON TESS GOING TO REHAB?

UPDATE - Tess’s mom Andrea released the statement below and has also responded to some questions in the comments section -

It was decided by our family that we should be willing to be examples and not hide our imperfections, but to fully be real and tell the truth. We want others dealing with this addiction to feel courageous enough to talk about it with their families and get help before it is too late. Making all these judgmental comments are hurtful toward this goal. To stand up as individuals and as a family, who are blessed to have an opportunity to shed light on this epidemic and educate others, instead of hiding behind closed doors and pretending we are perfect is a gift to our society in the long run and that is why we collectively decided to be real. If you feel otherwise, please educate yourself about the most important issue here and that is helping others. We are in a position to make it right and good for people to get help instead of hiding in shame. I am grateful to be on the slaughtering block, if by being willing to be vulnerable, I can save even one life.”

Alexis Neiers

A major break for E! reality star Alexis Neiers.

Following her arrest on Dec. 1 for possession of heroin, the Pretty Wild star was in court yesterday during which she admitted violating her probation terms. If you recall, Alexis, 19, was placed on probation earlier this year for burglarizing Orlando Bloom’s house after serving a 1 month sentence.

Alexis was however able to dodge a bullet as a L.A. County Superior Court judge ordered her to spend one year in a drug treatment program instead of jail.

According to TMZ, Alexis will spend one year in a live-in drug treatment program, with the judge warning her this was the “last time we’re going to have this conversation.”

TELL US: ALEXIS’S SENTENCE – BEST FOR HER OR A SLAP ON THE WRIST?

More trouble for E! network’s Pretty Wild star Alexis Neiers.

Following her July release from jail after serving 30 days of a 180 day sentence for her role in the burglarizing Orlando Bloom‘s home, TMZ is now reporting that Alexis was arrested on Wednesday for possession of black tar heroin.

As for how the arrest came about, it all began when the 19-year-old missed a post-jail probation meeting in November, thus violating her probation, which led to cops paying her a visit at her L.A. home.

Upon arrival, the cops decided to search Alexis’s home and found black tar heroin. They immediately placed her under arrest.

It didn’t end with the heroin as cops also tell TMZ they found her with a fake Florida driver’s license. Alexis has been booked on two counts — possession of a controlled substance and perjury (for the fake ID).

She is facing some serious jail time since she is still on probation for her previous crime. Above is Alexis’s new mugshot as she is sporting a rather ironic shirt that says “FREE BIRD.”

Meanwhile, Alexis’s mom/costar/enabler Andrea Arlington seems to be in denial about her daughter’s arrest. “She was not arrested or being charged with possession as far as I know,” Andrea told E! News yesterday, insisting that Alexis was in trouble because she missed her probation meeting.

Lauri Waring

It’s that time of the year again folks, when we report yet another arrest for former Real Housewives of Orange County star Josh Waring.

TMZ is reporting Josh was arrested yet again on Friday night on a warrant for a probation violation. Josh’s past arrests include an arrest in June 2008 (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell), July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia), and April 2010 (battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors).

Josh sits in jail without bail and is set to face a judge on Tuesday.

In other OC news, the all new 6th season has started filming a few days ago, and it is rumored Josh’s mother Lauri Waring might be returning. Bravo has however yet to officially announce the cast. There were also rumors a while back that Alexis Bellino would not return.

UPDATE: It seems Alexis will be appearing on the new season. She just posted this on her personal facebook page – “Filming starts today for season 6! San Diego here we come! I packed 12 suitcases for a family of 5 for 4 days…Do I have issues? lol.”

Pretty Wild's Alexis Neiers Released from Jail

In other spoilt rich kid news, UsWeekly is reporting Alexis Neiers, star of the E!’s network Pretty Wild, has now been released from jail.

TMZ posted the above photo of Alexis was taken Friday night as she walked out a free woman, having served a mere 30 days of her 180-day sentence, for her role in the Hollywood burglar bunch robberies.

The 19-year-old reality star however wants us to know she did a lot of “soul searching” during her brief stint in jail. She said in a statement Friday: “I’ve had time to reflect on my life and the choices that led me to this experience, left alone in my cell 23 hours a day and having everything stripped away but the bare essentials. I did a lot of soul searching. I feel very humbled and see my life in a way that I have come to be very grateful for.”

Alexis now faces three years of felony probation and must pay a yet to be determined amount of money in restitution.

Alexis Neiers and Tess Taylor

E! reality star Alexis Neiers, (pictured left with sister Tess Taylor) who pleaded guilty last month to burglarizing Orlando Bloom’s home, will not be serving her full sentence.

Despite being sentenced to six months of jail time based on her role in the Hollywood Burglar Bunch robberies, RadarOnline is reporting today that Alexis, who stars on Pretty Wild, will only serve 45 days in jail.

The reason? Well according to someone who works for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, “Non violent female offenders will only serve 25 percent of their time” due to the overcrowding in the jail and the LA county budget cuts.

Alexis pled guilty to ransacking Orlando’s house last summer with a group of people, and was caught in the act by a security camera. Over $500,000 worth of items were stolen from Orlando’s home. Alexis is said to have made off with a number of rare watches including a prized Rolex Milgauss from the 1950’s valued at $250,000.

She is set to begin her sentence on June 24th and despite rumors that her reality show has been canceled, the E! network has denied that. The show averaged over 1.3 million viewers per episode so a second season is highly probable.

ALEXIS NEIERS PRETTY WILD

Move over Kardashians! There’s a new trashier family in town! Giving the Kardashians a run for their money are the Neiers sisters, the new stars of E! reality show – Pretty Wild.

While Kim Kardashian had to make a sex tape to get a reality show for her family. Alexis Neiers, 19, went a different route. Alexis, pictured on the far left, instead became part of a burglary ring now known as Hollywood Burglar Bunch. The burglar bunch stole clothes, jewelry and cash from the homes of celebrities such like Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, Orlando Bloom, Rachel Bilson, and Audrina Patridge.

And while Pretty Wild seems to be doing well in ratings on the E! network, Alexis will be forced to take a break from the show. Despite her numerous pleas of innocence, TMZ is reporting the reality star pleaded guilty yesterday to robbing Orlando Bloom’s home and taking nearly $600,000 worth of items from Bloom.

Alexis was sentenced to 180 days in jail and also placed on three years felony probation. She has up to June 24 to surrender. Alexis is the first of the Burglar Bunch to receive her sentence. It is also said she had a very limited role compared to her peers involved in the crimes.

Starring alongside Alexis on Pretty Wild is her sister Gabby Neiers, 15, their family friend, Tess Taylor (real name Tess Adler), 20, and their pimp mother, former Playboy Playmate model Andrea Arlington, who gives all three girls Adderall every morning for their alleged ADD. Her father, Mikel Neiers, is a former director of photography for “Friends.”

And if you think Alexis is the only “star” of her family, you are mistaken.  Tess,20, has posed nude for Playboy magazine, and recently had photos of her topless and doing drugs posted on TheDirty website. One of those photos is below.
