Kate Gosselin Writing Single-Mom Instructional Manual, Target In Child Labor Probe

Reality TV Queen Kate Gosselin, who might or might not be appearing on the next season of Celebrity Apprentice, is reportedly gearing up to write yet another book.

Kate, who’s last book ‘I Just Want You to Know’ bombed after its April release, is set to pen an instructional manual for fellow single moms and dads, you know because with the eight kids, bodyguards, nannies, housekeepers, multiple TV appearances, she is just like any other normal single parent.

Moving right along, UsWeekly is reporting Kate is once again the target in a new child labor law probe for the second time in a year span. This time around, Pennyslyvania Rep. Thomas Murt is arguing that state law permits children under the age of 7 to work in movies, but not on television. This would make Kate’s co-stars sextuplets ineligible to appear on her show. However, the possibility of the kids not being allowed to film for TLC is very unlikely.

Kate’s former Dancing With The Stars professional partner Tony Dovolani is also speaking out about the TLC reality star. When asked if he still keeps in touch with Kate at Wednesday’s ESPY awards show red carpet, Tony said: “I’ll be honest. I actually haven’t stayed in touch with her, she hasn’t stayed in touch with me.”

“I needed a break,” continued Tony. “I got a break with my family, and she’s not someone I worry about. I am more concerned with my own family.” Ouch!

Tony was also asked his opinion on the Jake and Vienna split, being that Jake also appeared on DWTS this season. According to Tony, the split was no surprise to him. “In public, I think they were great,” he said of the twosome. “In public, they only showed that they were in love with each other. But you could tell it was fake.”

As for how he new it was just a showmance, Tony added – “You can tell because you can look at a person and tell if they’re in love or they’re not in love. Me being married for ten years, I knew it wasn’t going to last.”
