After years of struggling to have a baby, Giuliana Rancic and hubby Bill Rancic are now revealing they are looking into other options.
“We’re looking at all of our options when it comes to children, whether it’s surrogacy or adoption,” Bill, 40, said to UsWeekly. “We’re going to keep trying ourselves, but if it doesn’t work out, there are so many other great alternatives. We’re open to everything,” added Giuliana, 35.
In fact during an appearance on the Chelsea Lately show last week, Giuliana and Bill revealed they were looking into adopting an “underprivileged kid” from Giuliana’s hometown of Naples, Italy.
The couple has suffered heartbreak in their struggle to become parents as Giuliana opened up last year about her miscarriage. The Giuliana & Bill stars, who wed in September 2007, however promise the new season of their reality show will focus less on their quest to start a family.
“We went through a really tough year trying to have a baby. We decided, you know what? We need some time off,” explained Giuliana — who once received 63 IVF shots a month. “Bill decided to have the year of fun and just focus on the positive.”
