Adrienne Maloof Accused Of Buying Twitter Followers; Divorce Gets Messier!

Adrienne Maloof has had a lot of change happen in her life since she first appeared on Season One of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.  While her bickering with husband Paul Nassif increased, apparently so did her desire to be in the spotlight.

Now, there are so many different tabloid rumors swirling about the uber-wealthy housewife, from her crumbling friendships to her faltering empire to her headline-making divorce.  Are things ever going to go back to normal for the woman I once considered to be too down-to-earth for the over-the-top franchise?

When you've got millions of dollars, why not spend them on Twitter followers, right?  After RHOC's Alexis Bellino was called out for allegedly purchasing Twitter followers, Brandi Glanville is implying that Adrienne has done the same after she acquired 5,839 new followers in just three days.  RumorFix reports that Brandi recently tweeted, “I don’t leak stories to tabloids about the show, that is another blonde! The same one that has to buy Twitter follower’s #lame” although a rep for Adrienne denies that accusation.

Meanwhile, things are getting uglier in Adrienne and Paul's divorce proceedings.  Radar Online reveals that the couple will have a custody matter heard today.  Adrienne was able to have the pair's three sons over the holiday weekend after a failed attempt at mediation with Paul and their respective attorneys on Friday.

A source close to the pair reveals that things aren't looking good for the couple who claimed to want to keep things civil.  The insider reveals, "This is turning out to be a very, very nasty divorce proceeding so far and the fact that Paul and Adrienne had to go to court on an emergency basis this early in the proceedings isn't a good sign."  You think?

TELL US-DO YOU THINK ADRIENNE WOULD WASTE HER MONEY ON TWITTER FOLLOWERS?  DO YOU THINK HER AND PAUL'S DIVORCE IS GOING TO GET MUCH MESSIER?
