Man is Kim D swimming in the lawsuits lately!
First the erstwhile hair stylist and jeweler behind Cuffs by Kim D got sued by Johnny Karagiorgis over the Posche 2 brawl (which was in part to support her jewelry line) and now she's being sued by a jeweler and accused of ripping off his designs.
According the suit a well-known New Jersey jeweler Constantino Frangopolous and Kim struck a deal with the devil: he would design pieces for her to wear on Real Housewives of New Jersey and she in turn would promote his pieces on the show.

Unfortunately since we are dealing with the Machiavellian Kim D here, things didn't go as planned! No she didn't tell everyone he was a stripper. Instead she straight-up copied his pieces and then sold them as part of her OWN jewelry line which she promoted on RHONJ instead.
According to the documents discovered by TMZ, Frangopolous' designs were in fact worn on the show – and then shortly after Kim started selling knock-offs versions on her website and in two of her retail stores, the ominous Posche and Posche 2.
He also alleges than he requested Kim send him a contract to formalize their deal, she did not. And now he's suing her AND Bravo to collect lost profits.
So. I'm guessing with Bravo being at the center of two lawsuits directly related to some of Kim's schemes she won't be back for the upcoming season of RHONJ? A girl can dream, right…
