The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star boasted that Kanye West gifted her with a giant wall of now-wilting flowers for her first Mother's Day, and since Kim never wants to let an opportunity to self-promote go to waste, she staged a so-called impromptu photoshoot in a see-thru white dress (negligee?) in front of the giant floral obstruction!

Oh wait, but that's not all – Kim also took to instagram to boast about the amazing powers of photo editing her tight abs. At least this time she wasn't bursting out in her teen sister's bikini!
"There's a wall of roses in my backyard what else am I supposed to do ?!?#ImpromptuPhotoshoot," Kim wrote. Yeah, that looks soooooo impromptu. Not staged at all. <eye roll>
Gee – imagine if Kim spent as much time with her daughter as she did with her mirror, her makeup team, and her photographer!
