Joe Giudice's dad, Frank Giudice, died this afternoon at the age of 63, reportedly of a heart attack.
Reports are coming in which claim that Frank was building a chicken coop in the backyard and collapsed, and passed away on the scene. No other details are available at this time.
Our thoughts are with Teresa and the Giudice family. This has been a rough year for the family. Granted, they brought the legal drama upon themselves, but those poor girls are facing losing their parents for a few (or more) years and now they've lost a beloved grandfather, too.

UPDATE: According to ABC Frank died at the home of Teresa and Joe. "Frank Giudice was found outside the couple's home, said a spokeswoman for Joe and his wife, Teresa Giudice. Joe and his father were chasing their dog when Frank suddenly fell ill."

Jacqueline Laurita Tweeted her condolences to Joe and Teresa. "I was so sad to hear about the loss of Joe Giudice's Dad today. He was a man w/a great sense of humor&I know how much he was loved by his family."
