Aviva Drescher’s Ex-Manager Suing Her For Unpaid Commission And Slander

Another day… another lawsuit filed against Aviva Drescher. This time, it is an ex-manager who’s suing the former Real Housewives of New York star.

Three seconds after Bravo fired Aviva, she announced her participation in the next season of Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars. Apparently, Aviva thinks RHONY took its toll on her marriage, and Reid Drescher agrees. So naturally the couple agreed to appear on a second reality TV show to talk about the fact that they believe reality TV has ruined their marriage. Only in FameWhoreVille does this make any sense.

According to the disgruntled ex-manager, Reid and Aviva were paid $100,000 for Marriage Boot Camp, and she was promised a 10% commission. Well…

Aviva‘s ex-manager was expecting a $10,000 pay day for booking Reid and Aviva on Marriage Boot Camp. Huh. If you ask me, she should pay us for this crime against reality TV fans, but I digress.

To date, the manager said she’s received only $2,500, so she took it to court.

She’s suing for the remaining commission. Also, the manager didn’t appreciate Aviva calling her “sleazy” and “a wannabe agent” in interviews, so she’s suing her for slander too. 

I would say it’s a rough day to be Aviva Drescher… but, um, I cannot think of any day that would be a good day to be Aviva.
