Dare I say it – are Albie and Chris… successful?! Without mommy’s help?! But what of BLK…
Albie and Chris currently own Little Town New Jersey, but the brothers have temporarily closed that restaurant to move it a few blocks over to a new location. Chris said the motivation for the move is ambiance in an effort to create that “hometown feel” they want Little Town to have. Little Town’s space is in a classy waterfront area of Hoboken.
The Manzo boys are also expanding their focus to include opening a fancier new restaurant, which will occupy Little Town’s original location.

“We look forward to announcing the next evolution of the Little Town brand in a vibrant and exciting part of town,” the Manzo brothers said in a press release. Chris also believes the move will “draw a lot of attention to an area that, frankly, I think is underutilized.” Are we sure it wasn’t because other business owners thought they were trashy?
Little Town New Jersey will re-open Mid-March according to the boys, who meanwhile are also opening a franchise restaurant called The Ainsworth in Little Town’s original location reports NJ.com. The Ainsworth chain, which features 3 other establishments – 2 in NYC and one in Las Vegas, is excited to branch out with the help of the Manzos (and Bravo, no doubt).
Albie and Chris, along with their business partner Michael Sinensky, are working with the Paige Hospitality Group, which owns The Ainsworth franchise of upscale gastropubs, to open the new location; the first in NJ. The new location will be dubbed The Ainsworth Hoboken.
“We are thrilled to partner with Paige Hospitality Group and bring one of the best and most established upscale steak, burger, and sports gastropub brands in the country to the waterfront space in Hoboken,” announced Albie.
In other news it seems Albie and Chris have moved out! During MWC all three Manzo children were purportedly living at home while building their businesses. However, according to Albie and Chris’ neighbors, they were definitely not living with Caroline Manzo while filming the show – despite what viewers were led to believe – and they don’t live with her now.
Witnesses report that Albie and Chris actually resided in a Hoboken apartment building near their restaurant. The very same apartment building they lived in while filming RHONJ a few seasons ago.
“I saw Albie in the lobby last week, and spotted Chris in the elevator recently as well,” a neighbor told The Inquisitor. “The boys definitely still live here. The entire premise of their new show is fake!” Umm… that actually relieves me, meaning what in the hell would two successful late-twenty-something men be doing still living with their mommy in the suburbs. Besides, who could stand living with Lauren…
