Is Maddie Ziegler done with Dance Moms? Is she joining Chloe Lukasiak in the alumni category? Whatever the case, both girls have have been doing exciting things with their careers and continue to Dance! Dance! Dance!
There’s been whispers that Maddie’s star is so on the rise that she no longer has the time to travel back and forth between LA and Pittsburgh to film the show, or attend the constant cycle of dance competitions. Instead it’s believed Maddie will be making occasional appearances.

Abby Lee Miller teased Maddie’s return with a photo from a competition from this past weekend, fueling speculation that Maddie is definitely be back for Season 6. Season 6 started filming in early October.

Chloe, who split two seasons ago after a final showdown with Abby but has remained super-popular with fans, has landed a role in the three-quel to the famous dance movie Center Stage (Confession: I freaking LOVE the original!), titled Center Stage: Dance Camp.
In Center Stage: Dance Camp, American Ballet is forced to incorporate more contemporary styles and modernism into the American Ballet, top choreographers recruit dancers to compete at a dance camp to win the opportunity to dance with the academy.
The Lifetime made-for-TV movie is currently filming in Vancouver, Canada. Chloe plays Gwen, “a talented dancer prodigy who competes at the camp,” reports Deadline.

Meanwhile, Maddie’s continued hard work on and off Dance Moms continues to pay off. She was just nominated for a People’s Choice Award in the “Seriously Popular” category. You can vote for Maddie, or the other nominees, here.

Earlier this year both Maddie and Chloe were nominated for Kid’s Choice Awards, and ironically, Maddie was beaten by her former ALDC rival. Ya win some, ya lose some!
