Yolanda Hadid Alleges Zayn Malik Shoved Her Into A Dresser And Called Her A “Dutch Slut” In Court Documents; Zayn Pleads No Contest To “Harassment” Toward Gigi Hadid & Yolanda But Denies Getting Physical

The Bravo news has been particularly dark this week, especially in the case of Beverly Hills. First, we heard that Dorit Kemsley was robbed at gunpoint in her home just hours after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion aired. And then, reports came out that alumni Yolanda Hadid was in a rocky place with her daughter Gigi Hadid’s baby daddy, Zayn Malik. The allegations were that Zayn struck Yolanda in an argument, which he didn’t confirm or deny in a statement. The details were sparse, but not looking good for an A-list family desperate to keep their drama out of the public eye.

Now, according to court documents obtained by TMZwe have some more details about the whole ordeal. Zayn was allegedly charged with four criminal offenses of harassment against Yolanda, Gigi, and a home security guard. TMZ says that the official documents state he pled guilty to one count, but according to court officials, he actually pled no contest.

The situation went down at Gigi and Zayn’s home in Pennsylvania on September 29. Zayn allegedly called Yolanda a “f–king Dutch slut” and told her to “stay away from [my] f–king daughter. He apparently also yelled, “the f–king sperm that came out of [my] f–k c–k.” However, no context was given to that statement. Zayn also allegedly shoved Yolanda into a dresser, which documents state caused her “mental anguish and physical pain.” However, he denies any physical contact.

He was also charged for harassment against Gigi, even though she wasn’t in the home at the time. He allegedly screamed at her to “strap on some f–king balls and defend your partner against your f–king mother in my house” over the phone. It wasn’t clear if where his daughter was at the time of the supposed argument.

A security guard was in the couple’s home at the time, who also was allegedly yelled at by Zayn. He said, “get the f–k out of my f–king house copper” and allegedly tried to fight the guard. Zayn’s been ordered to have no contact with Yolanda or the guard. And TMZ reports that Gigi and Zayn broke up around the time of the incident, but nothing’s been confirmed. That would provide context to his “co-parenting” comment in his first statement about the disagreement.

Zayn received a fine with conditions, including 90 days of probation for each count, totally nearly a year. He is ordered to take an anger management class and domestic violence program. And if all conditions are satisfied after 6 months, his probation could be terminated early. The whole situation is vague and heartbreaking, including the fact that such private family turmoil has become public fodder. We can just hope the best for everyone in the situation, including Gigi and Zayn’s little daughter.
