Luke Gulbranson Confirms His Exit From Summer House

S’mores are canceled. You may have heard rumblings about the Summer House Season 7 cast shake-up. Apparently, filming for the newest season is starting soon. Several of the newer cast members are rumored to be out. The gossip says Andrea Denver, Luke Gulbranson, and Alex Wach (who was basically edited out in Season 6) are gone. Ciara Miller is rumored to be a “friend of” instead of a full-time cast member. Luke took to Instagram promptly to address his piece.

@queensofbravo shared a video of Luke’s announcement. He said, “Just so everybody knows, I’m not going to be on Summer House this year.” Luke acknowledged the rumors but said he wanted everyone to hear about his exit from him first. He welcomed questions about the situation at the end of the clip, so ladies, go ahead and slide into those DMs.

Luke said he was “extremely bummed” and heartbroken to not spend the summer with his Summer House friends. He added that he was thankful for his time on the show, and promised to “stay in touch.” I’m actually so sad to see Luke go, is it just the Midwest in me? I liked him.

Alex also seemed to address the rumors of his exit from the show. He posted a picture of himself at the gym with a cryptic caption talking about “life throwing curveballs.” The timing seems notable. He wrote, “I’ve felt like life has thrown me a curveball straight to my face. At first. I didn’t handle it in the best way, shutting myself in physically and emotionally.”

“After a few weeks with some help from some friends, I’m learning to take some time to self-reflect and take a step back, something extremely hard to do living within the NYC hustle and bustle lifestyle.” Andrea commented on the post and said, “My brother everything will be fine! Sending you love.” I’m begging for Andrea to be let back! And Alex, if it means more Honda Civic commentary.

My biggest fear is that the absence of Luke (and possibly Alex) will have us spending more time with Austen Kroll and Craig Conover…
