RHOBH’s Sutton Stracke Divorce Settlement Revealed: Huge Monthly Payout

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke is receiving a hefty monthly payout from her ex-husband, Christian Stracke. Christian brought a birthday cake to Sutton’s birthday celebration. Then he called the next day to tell her that he filed for divorce. What a prince!

During the Season 13 premiere of RHOBH, Sutton shared more details about her marriage to Christian. “When my ex-husband and I got married, we were on equal footing,” Sutton explained. After the couple welcomed their first child, she stopped working.

“My power diminished. This became ‘here’s your allowance,’” the boutique owner said. “I will never allow that to happen again.” Sutton also reflected on receiving spousal support. “Spousal support – they come with an anchor. I’m not going to give that up… but I don’t want the anchor,” she stated.

Radar obtained a copy of the couple’s divorce judgment from 2018. They were married in May 2000 in New York.

On September 22, 2016, Christian filed for divorce. Sutton’s birthday is September 20. Sutton and Christian didn’t agree on the separation date. Christian claimed the date of separation was May 31, 2016. Sutton stated that it happened later on.

Christian agreed to pay Sutton the tidy sum of $300K per month for as long as she lives. He also has to pony up $50K every month in child support. They share three children. The former couple share joint physical and legal custody of their kids. Christian also set up a $3 million trust for their children and will add to it.

Sutton and Christian split their art collection, including pieces in storage. And Sutton received a home in Georgia and one in Los Angeles. She was awarded a lump sum payment of $1,235,000. The RHOBH star walked away with three vehicles: a Range Rover, a Cadillac automobile, and a 2015 Chevy Suburban.

She also kept her jewelry, couture, clothing, and Andy Warhol prints. Sutton kept a bank account with $86K, and a personal account with $800K.

Sutton’s ex-husband kept half of a retirement account with more than $500K in it, as well as other bank accounts with over $1.4 million. Christian also maintained a one-half interest in their businesses.

He kept his apartment in Venice, Italy, which was purchased after they separated. Christian was allowed to keep his art from West Africa, and his separate property.

I’m a big Sutton fan. I’m glad that she made out well in the divorce after the way her ex dropped the divorce bomb on her. That was nasty.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 continues on Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
