Shannon Beador’s weight loss method: “Not drinking and stress”

Sources close to RHOC reached out to RadarOnline to discuss Shannon’s weight loss. These sources confirmed that Shannon’s recent glow-up was simply the result of a change in lifestyle following her DUI arrest. “I think it’s not drinking and stress, frankly,” one insider revealed.

After her car crash, Shannon raised concerns she might need to undergo surgery as a result of injuries to her face and arm. As such, many speculated on whether she went through with the surgery, opting for a weight loss procedure in the process. In the wake of her arrest, Shannon proclaimed she’d be cutting “toxic” things out of her life, including excess alcohol. The star revealed while at BravoCon 2023 that she’d “just completed a 28-day behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component.” She also proudly shared she was “able to focus on elements of my life that were unhealthy and toxic.”
